We were immediately thrilled with the beautiful house and the large sparkling pool. It's even more beautiful than the photos suggest. Our expectations were far exceeded. We had a wonderful week, the weather was perfect and so we could fully enjoy the huge pool. The house is a very special country house, very spacious, modernly equipped and built from impressively beautiful materials. Everything is well thought out. Each sleeping area has a comfortable, modern bathroom. The outdoor area is huge and there are various ways to sit and lie down. We were there with 7 people and completely satisfied. It was the most relaxing vacation we've had in a long time. We thank Fabio and his nice family for this wonderful time in their unique house.

We had a wonderful time at this fantastic place! The quiet location is just perfect, the view of the surrounding vineyards is breathtaking and lets you relax immediately. The pool is an absolute highlight! Super well-maintained and ideal for relaxing in fine weather. The rooms also leave nothing to be desired: everything was very clean, lovingly decorated and comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and stylish, and the kitchen is also well equipped – perfect if you like to cook yourself. Overall, an absolutely recommended place for those seeking relaxation in beautiful surroundings. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at Salvatore's house. The house was exactly as described, clean, tidy, large rooms and also had cool extras, such as a pool table and a foosball table. We especially liked the large terrace with a great view of the sea. 🏖️ The location is perfect, you are on the mountain with a unique view, but you can walk to the city in 15 minutes, where there are delicious restaurants and great beaches. Salvatore provided us with an information sheet recommending local restaurants, beaches and attractions. In addition, Salvatore was incredibly friendly and helpful - communication was quick and straightforward, and he was always available to us immediately for questions. We would definitely come back and can recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Salvatore, for the time we were able to spend with you!

Weekend with the family, 8 adults with two small children, the house is spacious, well equipped and welcoming, it is comfortable even with many people! The attic rooms are spacious and nice, for the tallest it's a little difficult not to hit your head a little in the bathroom upstairs! We also made pizza in the wood-fired oven outside and took advantage of the home chef service! Both beautiful experiences! I'd love to go back!

We had a great time in Claudio’s Villa. The house and the surrounding is great. There are a lot of things to do in the area. Cycling (for people with powerful thighs), great food & wine, lovely landscape or just having a lazy time at the pool. The villa has everything you need for a joyful time, it is exactly like in Claudio’s description & images. Great place.

Lovely nest in the middle of the Langhe area. Great house, lots of space and privacy. Easy to reach and travel to Barolo and Alba. Lovely guests, very welcoming and dedicated

We had a wonderful stay at Paolo's place. The place was very clean. The garden was wonderfully maintained and the neighbors were also very friendly. The pool was clean and the location very idyllic and perfect for hiking. The journey is a bit curvy but feasible. We often grilled and enjoyed the wonderful view. Paolo was always helpful and the check-in and out also worked smoothly. We highly recommend Paolo's house!

We had an unforgettable vacation at Villa Lavanda. The accommodation is really great - fantastic location, very well equipped and perfect for us all around. We were there with a group of 6 adults + kids. For the children, there are toys, a swing, baby beds & chairs, which is really great. We also loved the perfectly equipped kitchen, as we couldn't go to the restaurant well with the kids & cooked a lot. On the last evening we used Amanda's service & had a private chef (Patrizia Mollo & her husband Frederico - highly recommended!) come - that was a great ending. The food was very tasty, full of regional specialties & enriched with interesting information about the region. Another highlight was the support from Hortencia. She was always very quickly available & provided us with all the necessary information. The interim cleaning was also a great service, which we were very happy about.

I'm not usually one to give a rave review but, if you're looking for a private retreat surrounded by natural beauty so you can focus on time with your family and/or friends while still having easy access to the local towns, this place is perfection. It marries old world charm with modern amenities seamlessly. We are already thinking about our next trip back so we can stay here again!

We had perfect days in Borganzo!! A wonderful stay from the first to the last minute. The house is beautifully and quietly located, it is super well maintained and has everything you need. The garden is a dream and the pool is just sensationally beautiful, is very large and also has a very nice depth. (From flat to over 2m) Stefano has taken care of everything very well, has always responded immediately to requests from us and is also a very likeable person! We hope to be able to travel to Borganzo again soon!

What a beautiful surprise! A splendid and very large house in a very Italian style. Located in the middle of the Piedmont hills, 2 steps from the village of Vignale Monferrato, this superb residence has everything you need for a wonderful stay. There is even an indoor golf course! Swimming pool...ping-pong table etc...we were 10 with children, and there was plenty of room for everyone to feel at home. 10/10

I organized my graduation party in this villa and it was simply perfect. The villa is beautiful, it has everything you could want for a party, the outdoor spaces are well organized and the veranda is really a plus if you want to organize a party (there is also a full kitchen to prepare food). The apartments are modern, well furnished, very clean, and all equipped with air conditioning. Massimo was an impeccable host, super welcoming and available to meet all our requests. I booked only one night, the time was short for all the activities that were to be done, so I recommend at least two nights. We will definitely come back to organize the next parties. Super recommended.

We spent a weekend at Omar's house for a party with friends. The stay was great, the villa is spacious, so it's also perfect for large groups, and offers excellent amenities, including the outdoor pool and patio with grill and oven. Omar was very helpful from the start in meeting our requests.

We stayed in this place with a group of friends and had a great time! The villa was cozy, well maintained and equipped with everything you need to spend pleasant and relaxing days. The location was perfect for enjoying some peace and quiet. We really appreciated the atmosphere, cleanliness and availability of Massimo. Every moment spent there was special, and it left us with so many good memories. We really hope to be able to come back another time! Highly recommended!

An oasis of peace and tranquility in the midst of the suburbs! Beautifully appointed apartment. Fridge and cupboards well stocked with essentials. Hosts Sergio and Giuliana could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Helga was always available on messenger. We did not want to leave

The villa is a rare gem. We haven't been able to relax and unwind like this in a long time. The house, garden and surroundings are a dream. We were so relaxed, we didn't want to leave. The facility leaves nothing to be desired. Only the WLAN has room for improvement... but digital detox is also good ;). Thank you so much for having us as guests in the house.

An absolute dream – like a small castle in the middle of the vineyards! The apartment inspired us from the first moment: spacious, light-flooded rooms with huge windows and a fantastic view of the surrounding vineyards – you really felt like you were in a castle! Everything was sparkling clean, furnished with a lot of love for detail. There was nothing missing: dish soap, detergent, tabs for the dishwasher, charcoal, mosquito repellent – everything was there. The kitchen was also excellently equipped and left nothing to be desired. The centrally controlled air conditioning in every room was particularly pleasant – an absolute plus in summer temperatures. But our highlight was definitely the outdoor area: the pool and the spacious terrace were perfect for relaxing and enjoying. There were eight of us in the apartment and we felt completely comfortable. Clear recommendation – we will definitely be back!

We greatly enjoyed the nice house, the beautiful garden and the lovely swimming pool. Really a paradise. Chicca and her family were incredibly friendly and welcoming. This place is highly recommended. Turin is really worth a visit, also the Baseliek Superga and Venaria Reaal are very nice to visit

We had a great weekend in the house. The view of the sea and the bay of Levanto is amazing. All this in a very quiet place. In short, a great place to enjoy la dolce vita.
