Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Monterey County

This was an amazing stay in seaside. The apartment was clean and full of character. It was very welcoming, had a very at home feeling, and to make it even better it was 420 friendly. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you to our host for the hospitality, quick replies, and the pleasure of renting the apartment for the weekend!

Perfect, relaxed retreat for two people. The space was cozy, cute small kitchen, patio to eat on. Up in the trees. Beautiful neighborhood which was close to Monterey, Pacific Grove, and Carmel. Literally one turn from 17 Mile Drive. We hiked, snorkeled, sea kayaked, went to farmer's markets, all an easy drive from this accommodation. We cooked each night on the small kitchen and it had everything we needed. Russell was a great host!

Stayed with my husband and parents here for our wedding week that was happening in the area. The place was plenty spacious for 4 people! Much better than a hotel room would’ve been. Gave us quality time cooking in the kitchen and hanging out in the living room, enjoying the hottub & heated pool and the beach! The ocean view from the dining table and the front porch is STUNNING!! The place is nice, well kept, and has everything you need! Any small things that popped up, Patti was helpful and fixed right away! Would definitely stay here again!!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at David’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The host, David, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any questions or needs. The space itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to all the local attractions and easy to navigate. David went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. I will definitely be returning!

This suite was in the perfect location! 4 minutes from Garapatta state park where we eloped. The suite was very clean and equipped with everything need to cook a meal. The best part of this room is the wood burning fireplace. Wendy was very responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location and very spacious living area! The bedrooms were perfect, and the bathroom newly renovated. The garage and backyard had cool touches to make them usable and livable. The kitchen was modern, stacked to cook simple meals.

The place was what we were looking for to visit Monterey, Carmel and Big Sur. The environment is quiet Easy free street parking Ivonne and Hector are very welcoming and caring hosts. Very nice, they always ask if there's anything we need. The accommodation, bedroom and private bathroom were clean with everything we needed for 3 nights. There is even a small, super convenient fridge. It was quiet at night, ideal for relaxing.

Ivonne and Hector were great hosts! So kind and helpful with yummy food recommendations and flexibility with my check in time. I would recommend staying here and hope to plan a trip to do so again in the future!

It was such a joy to stay at Loryn’s place! It was truly an experience unlike any we’ve had before. We loved feeding and seeing all the animals there. From horses, ponies, chickens, pigs, goats, sheep, a donkey, dogs and cats, to even a llama! Waking up surrounded by nature was incredibly refreshing. Loryn was very responsive, and she and her team kindly took care of our Samoyed while we visited the aquarium for half a day. The room was very comfortable, and we appreciated having a separate bathroom for our use. We’d definitely stay here again if we return to the Monterey area. Thank you very much Loryn!
