Monthly Rentals in Monterey Bay

The studio is well laid out and has high quality cabinets and furniture. It had the best stocked kitchen we have seen in an Airbnb. The views were very nice. The skylights were great. So much natural light. Parking on the street was OK. Definitely hope to stay again.

This was an amazing stay in seaside. The apartment was clean and full of character. It was very welcoming, had a very at home feeling, and to make it even better it was 420 friendly. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you to our host for the hospitality, quick replies, and the pleasure of renting the apartment for the weekend!

Alice House was a perfect place to spend our month in Monterey. Christine and Ian were very responsive and helpful during our stay. They clearly thought through the range of things guests might need for their stay given how well the place was stocked. The house is a lovely downhill walk to the Aquarium and Cannery Row. Safeway and Trader Joes are a short drive away. The kitchen has a large sink, a well sized gas stove and oven, and cabinets full of gadgets, appliances, and pots/pans. Living overseas, we were thrilled to make frequent use of the American sized washer/drier. The two bedrooms offer flexibility if you want to use one for sleeping and the other as a workspace, or to put a child or other guest on the pull-out couch. If you are a runner, there are some beautiful routes you can take around the coastline and explore the Monterey peninsula. The garage is a tight fit for larger cars.

We had a great time at this airbnb. Everything was clean, neatly organized and welcoming. The place was in a safe and quiet area too. Kylie went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and was very responsive. We would definitely come back to this airbnb when in the area again in the future. Thank you!
