House vacation rentals in Montepaone Lido

A beautiful house with great pool and a very nice view of the mountain and sea. Kitchen is super equipped. Using the coordinates and Googlemaps provided by Monica, we easily found the house. We arrived at night and the ride by car to the residential complex where the house is located was a bit adventurous as it rained the days before and also on our arrival and the surroundings were very dark. But everything worked out Communication with Monica was flawless and she was very helpful. Supermarket and restaurants are easily accessible by car within about 15 minutes. We enjoyed it, despite some bad luck with the weather. But after 3 days of rain, the weather became nicer and we were able to explore Calabria. We would come back.

Everything comes together for a great stay for families or groups of friends: -The villa is very spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. - The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. - The private pool, the jacuzzi, the panoramic view of the mountainous countryside and the medieval castle of Squillace offer a cozy and relaxing setting. -The coast and the nearby beaches are very beautiful, typical restaurants. And Martina and Thomas, with their advice and kindness, will pay special attention to make this moment special for you.

Francesco is a great host. Present and thoughtful. The villa is simply enchanting. Cleanliness, location, decor... everything is exceptional! The view is also the distinctive element with wonderful views of the calanques and the Ionian that morning and evening awaits you only to be admired in the silence and peace that this place knows how to convey to the end. The beautiful, panoramic swimming pool immersed in a garden cared for in every detail is a comfortable plus for those with children, even if the Calabrian sea is in itself a natural swimming pool and it is impossible to resist its wild beaches bathed by an incomparable sea. The property is an agriturismo on a high quality olive farm. We really enjoyed the tour that Anita gave us and we learned a lot about the production of good olive oil. The house is a simple, nicely done property with a lovely pool. The nearby Ionia coast is lovely. We were doing a long cycle trip - it’s preferable to have a car for this location as you’ll need to shop and there’s nothing nearby.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Antonio and his family are great hosts. The house is beautiful and the facilities are great. Whenever we contacted Antonio he responded within 10 minutes and he was very helpful with everything we asked about. This is a great place to stay.

Francesco and Guido welcomed us warmly and made sure our stay went smoothly. We stayed 17 nights in August. The place is beautiful, very well cared for and very peaceful. A place of other times cared for with extreme taste. The house has a beautiful patio where you can have nice dinners and the pool is a fantastic space when you want to relax. The sea is very close and offers a wide free beach (no amenities), but if you want to find equipped spaces nearby. To reach the house there is a dirt road to travel carefully, but absolutely feasible.

Our host Emanuele gave us a lovely, friendly welcome. In fact his other family members (who live in the adjacent property) were also very welcoming. The house was very comfortable with lovely sea views and a cooling breeze. The air conditioning in the bedrooms also worked really well. (It was very hot when we visited in early August). Any minor points we drew to Emanuele's attention were quickly dealt with. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. He was able to give us great recommendations for beaches and nice restaurants to visit. We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace with pool. Great to have three bathrooms plus an outdoor shower by the pool. We were made to feel very at home and at ease. Many thanks to the lovely Stranges family for their warm welcome on our first visit to Calabria. (Definitely not our last!). We will especially miss their wee dog Lucky... ;-)

Giuseppe's house has a very special flair. The amenities (windows, floors, kitchen, ...) are of high quality and stylish. The garden with seating possibilities and barbecue is well maintained and we really enjoyed trying the various citrus fruits. Since we arrived by plane (and rental car), it was very helpful that not only bed linen and towels but also a few basic foods (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, ...) were available. Even wine and cookies were ready to welcome you. The location on the street was not an issue. Within walking distance you can easily get to the marina and also up to the place to the piazza... to the supermarket we drove a few minutes by car. We can definitely recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful contemporary renovated, quiet, clean and spacious apartment (bathroom small) in an old building in the old town, within walking distance and not far from the piazza, restaurants and the beaches. Free parking (Parcheggio Pitaro) about 5 min walk to the apartment, on weekends only drive via the Contrada da la Parrera, as the direct entrance was closed. Warm welcome from Rina and communication with Giulia was very good. Small balcony with stunning views, we felt immediately comfortable. The furnishings are stylish, simple, completely adequate. In Pizzo, there was something new to discover every day and it is an ideal location for other attractions in Calabria. We can recommend the apartment. Many thanks to Giulia and Rina.

Quiet place, house as pictured with everything you need, there is also a dishwasher, air conditioning for a totally relaxing vacation, close to TOP restaurants if you want fun evenings, just go to SOVERATO....in 15 minutes by car there is all the fun you want, beautiful promenade, but if you are looking for tranquility... peace and beautiful sea, I recommend... Isabella's house is a guarantee, thanks for everything we will definitely come back..

Paolo, with Stefania's help, were impeccable guests. Kind and hospitable in their welcome, they provided us with accommodation in perfect condition, equipped with every kind of comfort. The house is located on a hill, a couple of kilometers from the main road network. It is essential to have a car to reach it. The reality is better than the photos! Unforgettable outdoor veranda where you can dine and spend time in serenity watching the sea. The interior spaces are spacious and well furnished. We felt right at home!

We stayed one night for a business trip. Luigi welcomed us, who showed us the apartment, really very nice and spacious! Luigi was very kind and helpful, we had a little but very well, now we know where to go back to Catanzaro!

We spent a whole month in this beautiful house and loved every minute of it – and so did our dog! 🐾 The property is part of a gated community that felt very safe and peaceful. It was friendly, yet offered complete privacy, which made it perfect for relaxing. The sea views were breathtaking – we watched both sunrises and sunsets right from the garden, and they were pure magic. 🌅✨ The house is beautifully furnished and the garden is a true gem, full of blooming flowers and the unforgettable scent of jasmine. It's the kind of place that stays with you. Zambrone is perfectly located: close to Tropea (but without the crowds), and we totally recommend breakfast at the little café at the train station, lunch at the local fish restaurant, and everything at the amazing spot on the main square that’s part café, part bar, part restaurant – and 100% charm. We felt comfortable immediately 🤗 the apartment is very nicely decorated, everything was sparkling clean. The kitchen is well equipped, even coffee was available ☺️ The bathroom is very comfortable, a highlight is the outdoor shower and cooking in the open air. The beach is not so beautiful, but it is definitely worth driving further south. Communication was friendly and very fast. Mario welcomed and instructed us very warmly. Lovely big house with lots of space to hang out and eat. Short walk to everything. Good facilities.

Very restful stay, we had a hard time finding the location due to gps malfunction but we managed. The shower could be cleaner but overall very lovely!

Second floor apartment without an elevator in an old house but tastefully renovated and very functional. Equipped with all amenities. Very helpful and friendly hosts and family. We had a very good time.

If only I could've stayed longer in Dinami! Francesca and her mother were so kind, helpful, and welcoming- the perfect hosts and the definition of hospitality. The space is even more beautiful in person with lovely artwork on the walls. And just up the street you can look out over Dinami and the mountains. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

SUPER RECOMMENDED! The house is beautiful and is just as seen in the photos. TOP cleanliness. It also has an indoor parking lot where you can leave your car. The place is in a strategic area, because it is in a quiet area within walking distance of the sea (you don't even need a car to get there) but also within walking distance of the center of Roccella. The guys who helped us to meet our needs were fantastic and responded immediately. Easy check-in and easy check-out.
