Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Our 150-m² chalet for up to 10 people, featuring a private hot tub, invites you to enjoy an authentic and rejuvenating stay in an exceptional natural setting. Imagine yourself, at the end of the day, immersed in warm water, in a quiet and peaceful setting facing the mountains… a unique experience to share with family or friends.

Farm dome in Chartreuse

Nestled in the heart of nature in the Chartreuse region, come and discover our freestanding dome on our small farm, Quintessence de Chartreuse, dedicated to plants. You will be charmed by the view of the valley and the 360° cliffs with the Grand Som in the background. Our house and the farm premises are located 80 meters from the dome and its terrace, and are not overlooked. If you would like to stay for several nights, please feel free to ask for information.

Beautiful, new, quiet apartment with a parking space in front of the accommodation. Facing south, you will have a lovely terrace and a private garden with mountain views. You will enjoy a comfortable bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a separate toilet. You will be 45 minutes from the nearest ski resorts or Grenoble, and only 25 minutes from Chambéry and Albertville. Highway 5 minutes away.

L'Ancre des Montagnes is a villa on the heights of Saint-Pierre d'Albigny, between Chambéry and Albertville, anchored at the foot of the Arclusaz. It was designed by mountain & sea lovers. Some nods to this mix can be found in its architecture. In 2022, a renovation of the villa was carried out to create 3 modern and warm apartments. This 35 m2 apartment accommodates 1–4 people, has a balcony (13 m2) with a beautiful view of the mountains & pool access

Il se situe au deuxième et dernier étage d'une maison récente que nous avons pris plaisir à imaginer, construire et aménager dans le but de vivre des instants mémorables à Aix les Bains.

Our little Chalet is a place of relaxation and charm, 20 m2 with a 10 m2 mezzanine. Everything has been thought out for your comfort in a traditional mountain cocooning decor. For your relaxation and well-being, you can enjoy our 60-jet HOT TUB installed facing a superb panorama. This chalet, easy to access with its parking, was built in a green setting with breathtaking views of the mountains. Cruet (alt 350 m) is a village in the Combe de Savoie.

Our villa, Kyo-Alpes, built in 2024, is located in Combe de Lancey, between Chambéry and Grenoble, and offers stunning views of the mountains. The accommodation has a private indoor swimming pool heated to 29°C, a jacuzzi area and a sauna, to relax in a zen and soothing atmosphere.
