Classified 3* on 11-14-2025, the house is located in a quiet area, on the edge of the town of Montendre, bordering the meadows. It has a large garden and a secure summer swimming pool. It is spacious, ideal for families with its floor dedicated to teens. Montendre is a nice little town located about sixty kilometers from interesting cities: Bordeaux, Cognac, Angoulême, Saintes, Royan. Montendre has a lake that offers various activities: beach, walks, water sports.

Cozy and quiet studio in private hotel

Independent studio located in our house, close to the center and available from Sunday evening to Friday morning, ideal for work-study student or worker on the move. This 15 m2 studio, completely renovated is perfectly equipped with a new 140 cm bed, open bathroom (shower and toilet), kitchen area. You will love our place because of its comfortable bed and independence. /!\ STRICTLY non-smoking accommodation, no smoking allowed in front of the house.

Eden: Entire accommodation 6-8p., 15 Km from Jonzac

Located between Jonzac Thermal Town (15 km), and Montendre (7 km), this house offers accommodation consisting of two bedrooms and a living room (living room/fully equipped kitchen). A dining area awaits you in the shade of the linden tree. You are ideally located between Cognac, Saintes, Royan and Bordeaux. You can get away from it all in our countryside located between land and sea, and discover our heritage along our Charente River.

Le P'tit Rapion

In a quiet and relaxing setting, you will enjoy a private terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, with an unobstructed view of the meadow and the surrounding forest. The "Le P'tit Rapion" cottage includes a living room with sofa bed and flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. Air conditioning included for your comfort. A private parking is reserved for you.

Small house "Chez Denise"

Small house full of charm, which has been completely renovated by us and now offers modern and functional accommodation, with an equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room, toilet, a living area with sofa bed, and a veranda. You have at your disposal a Tassimo coffee maker, in front of a small garden and barbecue. Linens and towels are provided as well as two adult bikes. On the other hand, we don't have Wi-Fi.

The spacious yellow cottage, the barn

Old barn renovated into an air-conditioned room of more than 30 m² in Saint-Germain-de-Lusignan in a quiet and secure location. Located 3 km from the shopping area of Jonzac, 5 km from the thermal spa and 6 km from the "Les Antilles" aquatic and fitness center. The first beaches are a 45-minute drive away. Free parking on site. No kitchen in the accommodation.

Cabane du Silon

Cabin built mainly with salvage materials on the small island of our pond. Comfortable interior design, suitable for both short stays and long stays. Ideal place to relax, work on a project, play board games (2 on site), enjoy a loved one, fish or stroll in nature (park, forest, vineyard)... Our cosy studio is located in a converted barn on the border between the Charente Maritime and Gironde departments. For those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers, our studio at Au Chêne Vert is the ideal place and also a good base for a walking or cycling trip, a visit to a (flea) market, wine or cognac producer or various other excursions.
