A little gem in Italy. Super nice to relax a bit. In the pool, in the courtyard with kicker, in the house with an arcade machine or simply on the lounger in the garden with a great panorama. There's something for everyone. Families also get their money's worth. The very nearby, small but well-stocked supermarket offers all sorts of things. The hosts were also very friendly and extremely quick to answer questions during the stay. All-round carefree package. Great house with great extras and lots of little surprises from the host. Thank you for a great weekend.

We really enjoyed our overnight at Massimiliano’s! We just needed a quick place to stay as we passed through Genova. We ended up maximizing and staying until check out, soaking up the views, taking a walk on the nearby trail system, and enjoying the wonderful space with some lovely antique decor. Massimiliano was very attentive when we asked questions. I highly recommend this spot, close by to Genoa but on the outskirts for quiet and privacy. The neighbors were also very welcoming and lovely. One came by and delivered us some roses cut from her garden. Thanks again for a great stay!

The owners are committed to keeping alive places that have gone through a period of depopulation, but which retain the charm and value of a simple and authentic reality. This is the atmosphere you can feel in the house, thanks to the aesthetic care of the rooms and the affable, caring and discreet availability of Marcella and Daniele. Ideal for those who want a quiet stay, among the woods and green paths of the Apennine mountain.

We had a trusting, loving welcome. The house is carefully restored and furnished with a lot of love and feeling in details. Welcome snacks, drinks and food for the first few days were available. Everything was just been thought of! The place is lovely, very quiet and the residents are very nice. The place is recommended to spend relaxed and restful days. We were in the area for an MTB event and were able to store our bikes safely. Best place we've ever stayed!
