Lucia is a caring host and attentive to the needs of guests! We felt right at home. The accommodation is characteristic, well-kept, super clean and offers the right level of privacy. The outdoor space makes you feel lucky to have discovered a place surrounded by nature just a few minutes from the center of Ascoli. Ours was unfortunately a quick stay, but it left us with the desire to return to the house on the river as soon as possible. Thanks again to Lucia and her family for the wonderful experience.

A recently and tastefully remodeled country house with everything needed. Spacious and well laid-out. Beautiful view over the hills. Nice pool. Quiet. Relatively far from shops, etc, in nearby towns. Landscaping ‘in progress’. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Giorgio’s place was fantastic. His mom and dad greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. He has everything inside to make you feel like you’re at home. The view is amazing from the patio which we ate our breakfast from everyday. The restaurants are a couple of minutes walk and the grocery store is about a 10 minute walk too. It is a very quiet location and being on the fourth floor it’s even better. There are 73 stairs to climb to get to the room, which will help burn a few calories after you’ve eaten a large meal from one of the restaurants nearby. Parking can be challenging if there is a function in the town. We had to park by the grocery store one night but it was not a problem. We had a great stay and hope to come again every year! What a wonderful stay! The house is fully decorated in authentic old Marchigian style, with an eye for detail and atmosphere. You immediately feel the charm of the region as soon as you enter. Everything is present – from a well-equipped kitchen (with everything you need to cook yourself) to small extras that make the stay just that bit more pleasant. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and the whole house was very clean. The garden is beautiful: quiet, green and you have a breathtaking view. And as a cherry on top: a very friendly owner who welcomed us warmly. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment is beautifully situated in a big garden with great big pool. Cecilia is a fantastic host. She takes care of her guests and is always very reserved. The equipment of the apartment is perfect, the rooms large and very tastefully decorated. There were four of us and that was a great fit. The area is not only perfect for hiking but also for mountain and gravel bikers.

A unique and overwhelming experience! Ideal for spending a day away from the city and in full contact with nature. The stilt house is a magical and enchanted place surrounded by greenery where you can observe the landscape of the forest. The interior of the structure is well cared for in every detail, a mini SPA with a Japanese bathtub makes the stay romantic and pleasant. The owner Annalisa is super kind and helpful, ready to accommodate any request. The aperitif with cured meats and cheeses accompanied by their wine is truly out of this world! We were also able to eat the pizza from the property's wood-fired oven, very good! I would say it was a super experience and worth doing again!

Rossana's house is exactly as shown in the photos, maybe even more beautiful. We stayed as 4 couples and the very large open space living area allowed us to pleasantly spend the days all together while the 4 bedrooms complete with en-suite bathroom allowed us to have the right privacy when needed. The house is brand new, modern in construction and furnishings, bright and very clean. Sheets and towels are provided and the kitchen and dining room are also complete with everything you need. The area is secluded and quiet, we literally loved the surrounding landscape. The owner was not present during our stay but Emanuela welcomed us impeccably and did not fail to give us advice and recommendations on the area. Finally, exceptional value for money. We will definitely be back!!!
