This unique, art-filled apartment is in a listed 1939 building by Mon Repos park, 2 min from metro & center. You’ll enjoy 100 m² of private space (5.5 rooms total, 135 m²). I usually live here but will be away: you will have full privacy. One bedroom stays closed for groups under 6 people. unless needed. If you needs more comfort in separate rooms (e.g. 2 guests in 2 beds, or 3 in 3), I’ll open it for CHF 40/night. All are welcome, wherever you’re from, whatever you believe, whoever you love.

Just 15 minutes from Lausanne, 30 minutes from Montreux (Riviera) or Les Paccots, 1 hour from Champéry and 1 hour 15 minutes from Verbier, in the municipality of Corcelles-le-Jorat, we welcome you in a charming outbuilding completely restored in 2016, with magnificent views of the Fribourg Alps. Today it is a charming cottage with an area of about 55 m2, very comfortable, tastefully decorated and can accommodate up to 4 people. We will welcome you in French, German, or English.

Bright, modern and well laid out, it enjoys a lovely view and is located 8 minutes from the M1 metro to Lausanne-centre or UNIL and EPFL. 15-minute walk to the lake or Vaudoise Arena. The CHUV is easily accessible by metros M1 and M2. Separate entrance, living room with equipped kitchen and dining area. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Covered south-facing terrace with 2 armchairs.

The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful place close to shops (Coop, Denner, Migros, etc.), restaurants and pharmacies, but also stops for public transport (metro and buses). I would like to point out that the accommodation does not have free parking. However, travelers in vehicles can park their cars in public parking lots. The blue spaces are free.
