Safe, quiet location with lots of nature, 1 km from downtown Santo Antônio do Pinhal and 12 km to the entrance of Campos do Jordão. It has a very well-built pet space with access to the house!!! The house has 2 very comfortable balconies. Tastefully decorated with lots of antique glass, doors and windows, and a cedar-lined ceiling! On a cul-de-sac! Easy to reach.
