We are in São Francisco Xavier, 7 km from the town center, about a 10-minute drive. The town is part of the Serra da Mantiqueira Circuit, close to Monteiro Lobato and São Bento do Sapucaí.

We are 1 km from downtown Monteiro Lobato. The chalet is on top of the mountain, it has a beautiful view: you can see the little town and the surrounding nature. It has a fireplace, reading space, balcony, private kitchen. Ideal for couples. On the farm where the cottage is located, there are 2 other houses for rent. We are in the countryside, but access with any popular car is easy, 5 minutes from the city and there is no dirt road.
