Excellent property. Beautiful views of the sea. Lovely little rustic town of Monticello. Take a walk up to the old cemetery for stunning 360° views. You'll need a car & driving up is not for the timid, but to be expected in Corsica. You can drive 8 minutes to the quaint town of l'Ile Rousse which is beautiful & brimming with restaurants & great vibes. The property is well-appointed. But stock up before you check in as there is nothing in the way of body wash, dish washing sponges or soap, no paper towels, & only 3 paltry toilet paper roles for 6 people to start (eek!). That said, the property is extremely good value for money & we loved staying there. Rooms & linens very high spec. It's a proper vacation home. And Marie-Luce is lovely! Very helpful & responsive - even giving us a personalized in-person check-in. 5 stars.

We are frequent Airbnb users and this was one of my favorite stays. Beautiful house, very esthetic, and equipped with everything we needed for a family vacation with our 3 year old son. The pool obviously an added bonus. Beautiful beaches nearby and an exquisite restaurant (Corniche) just 8 min away. I cannot recommend this place enough. Definitively planning on returning in the future.

The house convinces with the quiet locations on the hill with incredible views of the sea, the harbor and the town of Il Rousse. The garden is set up on several levels where the pool is located. The big turnaround is also ideal for dogs. The house is very spacious with a large kitchen, 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom. Everything was very clean and high quality. The communication with Emilie very pleasant and friendly. You felt welcome. The accommodation is highly recommended and the region is ideal for nature lovers who want to spend their holidays away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Thank you for a great stay.

This villa is the highlight of our trip! Every sunset is unique. The place is bright, clean and perfect for a family vacation. We enjoyed the pool overlooking the sea. There are all the shops nearby while maintaining tranquility. Thank you Thomas, it was a wonderful meeting. We can't wait to come back to stay in northern Corsica. :)

We were allowed to be a guest at Ingrid and Jean-Christophe's for a week. It was a wonderful vacation that left nothing to be desired! The two are very friendly and extremely helpful, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! The complex is great for families with children, the private pool is wonderful and the direct sea location is excellent. A highlight is the dog of the two as well as the many lovely cats in the village. A small supermarket is available in the village, the larger one is easily accessible by car. The surrounding wineries and restaurants are also highly recommended!

A nice discovery when you enter the house with some local products. Sublime house with all the comforts you need and a wonderful view of the Ile Rousse. Very warm and available host.

Super nice house, very quiet environment, splendid view! Exterior and very functional interior, we spent most of the time outside, the outdoor kitchen is super friendly and convenient. The pool area is wide so it allows everyone to find their space (even with children enjoying the pool) and very well secured. Each room has its own bathroom which allows everyone to have their own space. The 1st beach is 5 minutes by car, ideally located between Calvi and Rousse Island. The host is ultra responsive and friendly, a great vacation!!

You feel like you're in the countryside while being a minute from town. Tony greeted each of us with a bottle of wine and sat to chat with us for a moment upon arrival. He also helped get our bags and car up the driveway, which was extremely appreciated and helpful. Our car was not 4x4, but was able to make the trek. Going on foot up the drive is laborious, but doable if you don't feel comfortable driving. The house was cozy and spacious and had plenty of ammentities that you usually only find in places that are lived in.

House in a fantastic location by the sea. Recommend this place on July 14 as you get a magnificent view of the fireworks. The house is of an older standard, but will not affect the overall experience negatively. We had a great time at the small beach right by the house. Very lovely with outdoor shower.

A beautiful house and top hosts (Valérie and her daughter Marie). They were helpful, open and very warm. The house is maintained with love and care. The layout is spacious and super large. We were 5 people and you could always retreat well. We will definitely be back! This is the best accommodation we have had in Corsica so far and we have been coming for many years. Even with a child, it's a great choice! Thanks Valérie and Marie ❤️

We had a great time at Laurent's place, the special architecture of the house we found cool. The 4 rooms are spread throughout the house, which gives a certain amount of privacy despite the shared accommodation. The location is quiet, but also a little further away from the center (you mostly move by car, it is about 30 minutes on foot to L'Ile Rousse). It was absolutely a good fit for us! Marie Rose was very straightforward and kind.

We had an absolutely excellent stay at this beautiful villa! The hosting was very professional and warm, Jennifer and Cyril were always available to answer our questions. Everything was perfectly planned, including the equipment for our baby, which made our lives much easier. The setting is sublime, the pool is clean and very nice, and the house is extremely well-equipped: full kitchen, four bathrooms for the four bedrooms, which is really nice for families. We felt right at home, everything was impeccable. We'll be back, that's for sure!

This place is a real treasure! It's beautiful, with everything you could possibly need provided. Florian was really helpful, checking in regularly and giving great recommendations for food. A peaceful week, in a beautiful villa, resting, relaxing and enjoying everything Corsica has to offer!

The villa is in the almost enchanted little mountain village of Cassano, which already has something magical. If you are looking for peace, style and luxury in a remote, quiet location, this is the place to be. The pool and the view of the mountains are a dream. There is also plenty of space. For the sake of honesty, it should be mentioned that the villa is really not easy to reach on foot, but access is also a small challenge due to the slopes, but a charming challenge. The great overall picture does not cloud this: We are very happy to recommend the house, it is an idyll.

WONDERFUL view of the bay of Calvi. The house is furnished with a lot of charm and attention to detail. You can feel that it is important to Anne Laure that guests feel comfortable. Very good and tasteful kitchen equipment (even small details such as washtabs, dish soap and cloths are available). The garden is a paradise and the pool is just great! We really enjoyed the private location and the different seating options around the house. Thank you very much also to Patrice for his flexibility and his uncomplicated and quick response. Wonderful place we'd love to come back to!

Beautiful villa with loads of privacy in Lumio. Calvi is around the corner with a big super market only 10mins drive away. Rental car or your own car (as in our case if you come by ferry) is a must in Corsica as the island is huge. The villa has an amazingly well equipped kitchen and a very spacious terrace. As others have mentioned the view and sunsets in the evening are gorgeous, but also as others have mentioned the villa has a bit of an ant issue. The swimming pool is heated (which they unfortunately forgot to tell us) and is lovely. Overall we were very happy with the place and Juliet the lady that manages the place is very courteous and very proactive in her communication which is a big positive

The villa is true to the description and photos and is located in a quiet area. Very well equipped and pleasant to stay in, the terrace offers splendid views of the bay and the surrounding mountains. The center of Calvi is a 15/20-minute walk away, where you will find all amenities and entertainment. The welcome was charming with a responsive, accommodating and caring host. I recommend this place and will be happy to go back.

We felt very much at home today and were very satisfied with everything. The house is fully fenced which was great with dog. What you could add in the description is that the neighbor's access leads through the property. However, this does not bother you and the privacy is also not affected. We can fully recommend this place!
