We had an absolutely wonderful week in this house in Italy. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome basket filled with delicacies prepared by our hosts, including a freshly made cake, simply delicious! A delicate touch that set the perfect tone for our stay. The house is superb, perfectly equipped and offers all the comforts necessary for a carefree stay. The setting is exceptional. From the terrace, we were able to enjoy stunning views of the Italian countryside, ideal for unforgettable moments of relaxation. The serenity of the place allowed us to disconnect completely and savor every moment. Our hosts were very available, always ready to answer any questions we had or resolve any concerns. We leave with our hearts filled with wonderful memories and with the certain desire to return. Thanks for the exceptional hospitality.

Fantastic peaceful home perfect for family getaway. Attentive host!

A recently and tastefully remodeled country house with everything needed. Spacious and well laid-out. Beautiful view over the hills. Nice pool. Quiet. Relatively far from shops, etc, in nearby towns. Landscaping ‘in progress’. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

The location is good you can go by car or on foot , (15 to 20 min) both to the beach and supermarket, restaurants and more, but keep in mind that at night you can hear the sound of the highway even if you have everything closed, the area is safe and quiet, the apartment is as the photos, it is spacious and inside everything is comfortable, you can cook without problem, also works the washing machine and washing dishes, the bathroom it has full shower but there is no bidet, the bed is not very hard but it makes a lot of noise when you move especially if you are heavy, there is no air conditioning and in hot weather it is definitely necessary especially in the terrace area, you can not use much that area because it does not have a mosquito and with the rain there are quite a few mosquitoes , there is a little humidity inside the house being ground floor, a little of ants in the kitchen, however we had a good time and Giuseppe was very friendly always responded quickly and I try to fix everything shortly.

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for: a relaxing holiday in nature. The accommodation, surrounded by greenery, was perfect for us and our dog, who really enjoyed the outdoor space. We especially loved the small loggia, ideal for quiet breakfasts and relaxing evenings, enjoying the serene atmosphere and the view. Valentina and her family were exceptional hosts, extremely welcoming and helpful from the first contact. They made us feel right at home and the communication was always impeccable. The accommodation was clean, small but comfortable and perfectly reflected the description, providing everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility, with the possibility of taking walks and fully immersing themselves in the The beauty of the Marche landscape.

The apartment is beautifully situated in a big garden with great big pool. Cecilia is a fantastic host. She takes care of her guests and is always very reserved. The equipment of the apartment is perfect, the rooms large and very tastefully decorated. There were four of us and that was a great fit. The area is not only perfect for hiking but also for mountain and gravel bikers.

Absolutely wonderful stay. We were two families with two children each. The place was perfect for us. The house is idyllic with a very beautiful view. The entire place is clean, comfortable we immediately felt at home. Hosts Debby and Thomas are very helpful. Debby offered to book a table for us at restaurants, it was an extra good service which made our stay easy.

A fantastic place with plenty of privacy. The outdoor kitchen was one of our highlights. Ramiro took care of all our concerns, which he did excellently. He was always available and also came by every two days to clean the pool. He always asked for permission beforehand and was always super friendly. The place is dog and child friendly. Absolutely recommended
