Elegant and cozy penthouse in a strategic position a few meters from the central Piazza del Popolo and the city's main points of interest within walking distance. The apartment consists of a bright entrance hall, a living room with an island kitchen, two bedrooms both with TV and bathroom, 2 large panoramic terraces and private parking. The hot tub has an additional cost. In the event that two guests wish to use both rooms, there is a surcharge.

Our treehouse in the woods, built from iron and originally used as a bivouac, has been transformed into a retreat inspired by Japanese philosophy. Inside, it offers a unique experience with an ofuro (traditional Japanese bathtub), a sauna for relaxation, and an emotional shower that stimulates the senses. The minimalist design and attention to detail create a serene atmosphere, perfect for rejuvenating in harmony with the surrounding nature.

The building is located along the main street of the historic center of Ripatransone, right in the cathedral square. Its privileged location guarantees unique views that are rarely found all together within a historic building. Dedicated to the artist Lorenzo Lotto, this suite features a spacious living room on the ground floor with a large sofa bed and a kitchen equipped with essential amenities, with an adjacent dining table. Upstairs is the double bedroom with a travertine marble bathroom, decorated with green and cream wallpaper and furnished with walnut furniture. The apartment has a television and Wi-Fi.
