Here you live slowly, amidst silence, greenery and simplicity. Perfect for those who want a break from the chaos, for those who love hiking or just relaxing and reconnecting with themselves. 7 km away are Ponte dell'Olio and Bettola, with all the services. The surroundings offer castles, villages, ancient churches and paths, trattorias and agritourisms.

This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

GARDEN WITH DECKCHAIRS, COVERED DINING AREA, BARBECUE, RELAXATION AREA WITH SMALL STONE POOL (5X3 METRES, 1 HEIGHT) AND LOTS OF NATURE 10 MINUTES BY DRIVE FROM THE SHOPS VERY RELAXING, IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE SONG OF BIRDS BETTER DON'T COME HERE! I LIVE HERE WITH MY FAMILY AND OUR HORSES. NO PARTY!

Our home is located on the hill of Pieve Ligure. It is surrounded by greenery, in a family and peaceful setting. From the house and garden you can enjoy a beautiful view of the entire Gulf of Paradise. The home has an outdoor space to read, eat, and barbecue. The sea is a 10-minute walk down; you can leave for several excursions from home. The distance from the center of Genoa is about 30 minutes by car. Train and bus stops are a 10-minute walk away.

In the countryside with lots of tranquility, fallow deer, hares, wild boars and other animals that can be spotted from the house. There are paths for nature walks. You can enjoy unique landscapes and sunsets. A place to relax alone or in the company of family and friends

Charme, swimming pool & comfort

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

In the middle of this small historic village, apartment on the square overlooking the castle of Vigolzone, small and quiet village at the beginning of the Nure Valley, located 1 km from Grazzano Visconti, 15 km from Piacenza, 15 km from Rivalta, 30 km from Bobbio and Castell'Arquato.
