Bonita vivienda dentro de una finca, situada en el bello barranco de Guiniguada a 5 minutos del jardín canario, lleno de flora autóctona a 15 del estadio de Gran Canaria y a 20 de la playa de Las Canteras. Es una casita de campo muy coqueta que antiguamente se usaba de alpendre para los animales de la zona. Tiene un jardin privado, muy acogedor donde tomar el sol, leer, comer beber rodeado de naturaleza… una experiencia muy relajante, se los recomendamos y estamos encantados de recibirles.

We stayed in this fabulous and spacious property for one month and loved it. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious and is fitted out to a high standard. We mainly ate in the property and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and there is an excellent power shower. The neighbour speaks good English and is very friendly. Mónica, herself is super efficient in all her correspondence and is quick to respond. She also provides a lot of tourist information. We often walked to Las Palmas, approximately 90 minutes from the house, by walking along the ridge top. It is quite easy to find and has stunning views and takes you down and through, Vegueta, the old town. It's easy to catch the bus back from, San Telmo bus station, which drops you off very close to the property. The bus service to and from Las Palmas is excellent. Another great walk is to the Botanical gardens. Cafeteria Xocolat, in the village serves the best coffee and cakes and has friendly staff.

A compact bathroom area features a white tiled wall with vertical and horizontal lines creating a grid pattern. A retractable drying rack is mounted near the ceiling, with rows of yellow lines for hanging items. A showerhead is visible in the corner.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment! The place was incredible – beautifully furnished, spacious, and absolutely spotless when we arrived. Everything felt fresh and welcoming. The pool was a real highlight – super clean and surrounded by stunning views that made it such a peaceful and relaxing spot to unwind. We loved waking up and stepping out to those views every day. The apartment had everything we needed, including a great TV setup for cozy evenings in. One of the best parts was how kind and accommodating the hosts were – they allowed us to check out late, which made a huge difference on our last day and let us really enjoy every moment without stress. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Gran Canaria – we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Nos encontramos muy a gusto en la casa. Está apartada del núcleo urbano y en pleno contacto con la naturaleza. La casa es energéticamente autosuficiente. Es muy bonita, tal y como aparece en las fotos del anuncio. Da mucha tranquilidad. Los amaneceres desde la cama son increíbles. En la finca había una gallina con sus pollitos que venían a la puerta de casa. El día de llegada, había un botella de vino para los huéspedes.

L'appartement est très bien situé par rapport à la grande ville Las Palmas, l'aéroport, la mer et aux environs d'une heure de voiture pour les départs de randonnées. Aucun soucis pour garer sa voiture. Et c'est au calme puisque c'est une résidence privée ! Angelo est un hôte discret mais très réactif pour répondre à nos questions, résoudre un problème et donner de bons conseils. Je recommande cet appartement sans hésitation.
