A nice house within an estate, located in the beautiful Guiniguada ravine, 5 minutes from the Canarian garden, full of native flora, 15 minutes from the Gran Canaria stadium, and 20 minutes from Las Canteras beach. It is a very cozy cottage that was formerly used as a barn for the animals of the area. It has a private garden, very cozy for sunbathing, reading, eating, drinking surrounded by nature… a very relaxing experience, we recommend it and we are delighted to welcome you.

Special and cozy house with ocean views

We stayed in this fabulous and spacious property for one month and loved it. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious and is fitted out to a high standard. We mainly ate in the property and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and there is an excellent power shower. The neighbour speaks good English and is very friendly. Mónica, herself is super efficient in all her correspondence and is quick to respond. She also provides a lot of tourist information. We often walked to Las Palmas, approximately 90 minutes from the house, by walking along the ridge top. It is quite easy to find and has stunning views and takes you down and through, Vegueta, the old town. It's easy to catch the bus back from, San Telmo bus station, which drops you off very close to the property. The bus service to and from Las Palmas is excellent. Another great walk is to the Botanical gardens. Cafeteria Xocolat, in the village serves the best coffee and cakes and has friendly staff.

A compact bathroom area features a white tiled wall with vertical and horizontal lines creating a grid pattern. A retractable drying rack is mounted near the ceiling, with rows of yellow lines for hanging items. A showerhead is visible in the corner.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment! The place was incredible – beautifully furnished, spacious, and absolutely spotless when we arrived. Everything felt fresh and welcoming. The pool was a real highlight – super clean and surrounded by stunning views that made it such a peaceful and relaxing spot to unwind. We loved waking up and stepping out to those views every day. The apartment had everything we needed, including a great TV setup for cozy evenings in. One of the best parts was how kind and accommodating the hosts were – they allowed us to check out late, which made a huge difference on our last day and let us really enjoy every moment without stress. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Gran Canaria – we’d come back in a heartbeat!

We were very comfortable in the house. It is secluded from the urban core and in full contact with nature. The house is energy self-sufficient. It's very nice, as shown in the photos of the listing. It's very peaceful. The sunrises from the bed are amazing. On the farm, there was a hen with her chicks that came to the door of the house. On the day of arrival, there was a bottle of wine for the guests.

The apartment is in a very good location in relation to the big city of Las Palmas, the airport, the sea and the surroundings, an hour's drive for hiking departures. No worries about parking your car. And it's quiet since it's a private residence! Angelo is a discreet but very responsive host to answer our questions, solve a problem and give good advice. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
