Vacation rentals with a patio in Monte Gordo

We had such a beautiful stay, this place truly exceeded our expectations. The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially with the nearby river on one side and the city on the other, which added a unique charm and calmness. The location was perfect — everything was easy to find, and so many great restaurants were just minutes away. Despite being so central, the area still felt peaceful, safe, and serene — like a true home away from home. The apartment itself felt very luxurious and welcoming. Everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully arranged. A big bottle of water was already waiting for us, which was exactly what we needed after arriving in the middle of the night. It was clear that great care was taken to make sure guests feel comfortable and cared for. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay and were honestly sad to leave. It was such a special experience, and we’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Tivemos uma estadia fantástica em família (3 adultos e 3 crianças) nesta casa maravilhosa! Desde o início, a comunicação com o hospedeiro foi excelente — sempre disponível, com indicações úteis e relevantes que facilitaram muito a nossa chegada e estadia. A casa estava perfeitamente preparada para receber famílias com crianças: encontramos cadeiras de alimentação, banheira para bebé, toalhas de praia, guarda-sol, secador de cabelo e muitos outros detalhes que fizeram toda a diferença. Sentimo-nos verdadeiramente em casa. A localização é ótima, numa zona muito tranquila, ideal para descansar. A piscina com água aquecida foi um dos pontos altos — perfeita para relaxar com os mais pequenos. A praia próxima também é muito calma, ideal para as crianças correrem e brincarem à vontade. Em termos de conveniência, há supermercados a menos de 5 minutos de carro, e mesmo ao lado da casa há uma farmácia e um café com pão delicioso (1 minuto de carro). Sem dúvida, uma experiência a repetir.

We had a lovely stay in Faro. The apartment is exactly as described - spotlessly clean, well-appointed, minimalistic in design, and inviting. You have everything you need in the apartment - nothing has been overlooked. Access is simple and efficient with keyless entry and Tatiana was able to offer early check-in for which we were grateful. The roof terrace is a lovely addition. The apartment is perfectly located, just outside the main restaurant area - so peaceful, but within easy reach in literally a few minutes. The area does look a little run-down and graffiti is rife, but that appears to be the case for much of Faro's suburbs. Still, there is plenty to see, the restaurants are superb, and the people very friendly and inviting. We did a day trip to Albufeira which was fun, and loved returning to the relative calm and ambience of Faro.

The apartment was so perfect for my weeklong trip for a wedding. It is very central (less than 5 min walk to the beach), the view on the top floor is incredible, and the accommodations inside felt both cozy and luxurious. I have shared the listing with local friends, and I would certainly stay again.

Hartstikke fijn verblijf. We hebben ontzettend genoten. De ruimte is ruim en zeer centraal gelegen. De woning heeft alles ook qua bestek, lekkeren koffie etc. Enige minpunt; het putje in de douche werkte niet naar behoren.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in September. The apartment is beautiful, very spacious & clean. Well appointed - there were even tuppaware boxes for us to use! The beds are comfy & good shower pressure. Lovely terrace. Quiet area but only 1 street behind the front & 5 minutes walk to the boat for the beach. Maria was a brilliant host - very friendly & communicative & flexible with our check in needs. We would definitely come back to stay another time & recommend 100% to others. Thanks again x

Nous avons passé un super séjour malgré le temps moyen, l’appartement est super bien placé, calme, la vue incroyable, proche de tous commerces et très bons restaurants aux alentours Maria nous a accueilli en personne, elle est vraiment adorable, accueillante, et nous a tout expliquer, j’ai hâte de retourner à ayamonte, charmante petite ville et surtout dans l’appartement de Maria, merci encore pour votre gentillesse nous avons pu changé d’air grâce à vous

Tolle Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage, laut Google Maps gut zu finden. Die Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität – wenn nicht sogar schöner! Alles war sauber, der Pool ist großartig und der Außenbereich wunderschön gestaltet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit vielen Geräten und ausreichend Geschirr. Ein paar zusätzliche Utensilien wie mehr Salatschüsseln, Salatbesteck oder schärfere Messer wären noch hilfreich. Handtücher waren reichlich vorhanden. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war herausragend – super freundlich, extrem hilfsbereit und antwortet blitzschnell. Der Padelplatz in 5 Min. Entfernung war ein Highlight – unkompliziert nutzbar, Schläger & Bälle gab’s vom Gastgeber. Der Kühlschrank draußen funktionierte leider nicht war aber nicht schlimmda innen viel Platz im Kühlschrank. der Pool wurde auf Wunsch wärmer gemacht – perfekt für Kinder. Tischtennisplatte top! Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Fabulous in all respects: Carla, (her communications, help, humour and charm), the Villa, (comfort, facilities and cleanliness), the area, (quiet, peaceful, relaxing and an easy walk into town) and Tavira, (restaurants, bars, the boat trip to the island and chilled atmosphere). We’ll be back!

Una casa preciosa, decorada con mucho estilo, cómoda, y súper limpia en un entorno único, con jardines espectaculares y mucha calma. Tanto su anfitriona como la persona de confianza, un 10! Sin duda volveremos!

Nous avons eu un énorme coup de coeur pour ce magnifique Airbnb! L'intérieur était magnifique, très propre, très bien décoré et équipé! Mais que dire de la terrasse sur le toît, wow! Filipa nous a même permis de laisser nos valises à l'intérieur bien avant l'heure du check-in habituel, elle était très réactive à nos demandes! En même temps, nous avons pu rencontrer Linda, la femme de ménage, qui était très sympathique aussi et qui nous a parlé des attractions des alentours. Seul aspect à prévoir à l'avance est que le logement se trouve dans le vieux Olhão, où il est difficile de circuler en voiture et il n'y a pas énormément de choix de stationnement à proximité, donc soyez patient pour cet aspect, il se peut que vous ayez à chercher un petit moment.

Wonderful property, with lots of privacy. It felt like a home away from home and was very conveniently located, walking distance from the ferry, restaurants and cafes as well as the grocery store. The kitchen was very well stocked and organized, allowing us to fix our own meals when we got tired of eating out. The host was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig und gut gelegen. Man ist zu Fuss in 10 bis 15 Minuten am Strand, in 10 Minuten bei grösseren Lebensmittelhändler, und in 10 Minuten im Zentrum von Altura. Die Terrasse ist geschlossen, was für Kinder und Haustiere praktisch ist. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Absolutely loved our stay in Tavira The place was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and perfectly located. The host was super responsive. The outdoor space of the apartment is amazing and the amenities were top-notch. The neighborhood was charming with plenty of great eats and drinks nearby. Can't recommend this spot enough – would definitely book again in a heartbeat!

We're four friends who had a great stay at José's lovely beach house. He was super-friendly & helpful, and gave us flexibility on check-in/out times. There's an un-official 4th bedroom - it's small with bunk beds & no windows - but it was a nice surprise as it meant no-one had to share a room. The master bedroom is spacious with a big en-suite & there's another large bathroom too. We all thought our beds were firm & very comfortable with soft cotton bed linen. The kitchen was very well-equipped (for a short-term rental), although we could have used another chopping board. The little garden out the back was so peaceful and pretty with a lemon tree in full fruit and a big sociable table & chairs. Another set outside on the front verandah meant we could take full advantage of the lovely ocean/island views and sit in the sun eating breakfast & other meals. We all loved the house, the location and Jose's friendliness & simpatico approach. Full marks all round for a great long weekend

Rui was a wonderful host, who was very attentive and super quick to respond to messages. The location (and garage space- score!) was incredible, that was easily walkable to the old town. The unit had all of the amenities and bedrooms were spacious. Will gladly stay here again in the future-Thank you Rui for being a great host!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem schönen, gut ausgestatteten und blitzsauberen Appartement. Filipe war jederzeit unkompliziert erreichbar und hat uns auch proaktiv kontaktiert. Das Appartement liegt sehr nahe an netten Restaurants und zum Bootsanleger an den Strand. Es waren immer freie Parkplätze direkt vor der Appartmentanlage. Die beiden zum Appartment gehörigen Tiefgaragenstellplätze haben wir nicht benötigt. Vielen Dank, Filipe, für die Möglichkeit den Check-out ein wenig nach hinten zu legen und für die vielen guten Restauranttipps. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und freue mich schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in Cabanas de Tavira und in Ihrem schönen Apartment.

Elvira war jederzeit erreichbar und stets sehr hilfsbereit. Die große Dachterasse mit Blick über Tavira ist ein Traum! An heißen Sommertagen kühlt die Wohnung leider auch nachts kaum ab, damit sollte man im Dachgeschoss natürlich auch rechnen. Die Gegend ist schön ruhig, trotzdem ist man zu Fuß in kürzester Zeit im Zentrum, beim Supermarkt oder bei der Fähre Richtung Strand. Wir hatten eine rundum tolle Zeit :)

Diese Unterkunft ist in einem wunderschönen kleinen Ort. In der Nähe gibt es einen wunderschönen traumhaften Strand den man mit dem Auto in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichen kann. Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt und hatten eine tollen Urlaub in Portugal.

Perfekter Aufenthalt, es hätte nicht besser sein können! Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt über den gesamten November und können dieses Apartment nur wärmstens empfehlen! Das Appartement war pikobello sauber, hervorragend ausgestattet und verfügte über kostenloses, sehr schnelles Internet – ideal für unsere Workation. Die Möbel waren modern und gepflegt, und die große Terrasse war ein absolutes Highlight. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die gesamte Appartementanlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig, und der Strand ist in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar – einfach perfekt. Der Gastgeber Rui war unglaublich freundlich, stets erreichbar und hat auf jede Frage sofort geantwortet. Es war definitiv eine unserer besten Airbnb-Erfahrungen, und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Great apartment looks better than photos very tastefully done interiors very helpfull and responsive hosts we had a late flight and they allowed us a late check out till 5pm,very accommodating and also allowed us an early check in. Maria's description, photos and price has restored my faith on websites. It was as described, slightly old fashioned cosy with lots of spare bedding and towels. Perhaps the mattress in second bedroom needs upgrading. Otherwise a positive experience.
