Santa Luzia is a beautiful fishing village where the Ria separates the village from kilometres of incredible beaches. La Maison is located in the centre of the village, where all shops, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The house has 2 bedrooms (1 downstairs, 1 upstairs), 2 bathrooms, each can have its own space. The fully equipped kitchen (with coffee cups, wine glasses, knives, coffee machine etc ...) It is the ideal house for a holiday with family or friends.

Two bedroom apartment 200m away from the beach

Our two bedroom apartment (ready for 4 people) is 200m away from the beach and it was fully renewed in 2023! Now it is open for short and mid-term rental. The apartment has 100% ceramic floor, two bathrooms, all amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, TV, wifi and an open patio (with barbecue). We’re on the ground floor, with restaurants and two bars nearby (one right next), so please expect noise (music and people talking) until closure (2Am).

The bedroom window and terrace have DIRECT OCEAN VIEWS. In the kitchen you will find all the complete kitchenware: coffee maker, toaster, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave and refrigerator... The apartment has wifi. It has a FREE PARKING SPACE during the months of June to September.
