Our private house is located in a peaceful condominium only 10 minutes walking to nearby beaches and center of Carvoeiro. It was built by architects with the idea of resembling it to old constructions around the Mediterranean/North of Africa. My family fully renovated the apartment in July 2023 respecting it's architecture and using local materials. Some furniture was handmade by my father using recycled materials from the house, such as the high quality wood for the dinner table or the closet.

A stunning modern one bedroom apartment, providing breathtaking beachfront views and the sound of the sea on this spectacular famous beach, Praia da Rocha. Praia da Rocha has a small fortress, Santa Catarina, which guards the mouth of the harbour and modern marina, from which the promenade extends with a variety of restaurants, beach bars and nightlife, whilst maintaining its stunning beauty.

Situated in the heart of Praia da Rocha, with the beach right in front of it, this 1 bedroom apartment has been one of my guests’s favorites for the last few years. It was fully refurbished and decorated to be my personal small gallery with some Ocean related photographs of my choice, to provide the best quality time during guest’s stay. The best place for short or even long stays with the Ocean view from the balcony.
