Parking is adjacent to the property and the outdoor spaces are spacious and usable. Located in a strategic position to tackle cycling routes and with direct access to the ski slopes of the Festiona Cross-Country Ski Center. Suitable for those who need to work remotely thanks to a fast internet connection. Pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed.

Spend an unforgettable stay in our wooden chalet on stilts with outdoor spa, nestled in the heart of the Mercantour range. 5 minutes' drive from Auron station, the chalet is also a stopover on the exceptional Bonette site circuit. Guests can enjoy the many activities offered by the municipality of St Étienne de Tinée and the Nice Côte d'Azur resorts. Winter sports, mountain biking, hiking, family activities, climbing, swimming, and more.

The house is furnished in a modern and cozy Scandinavian style. The soft lighting in all rooms helps create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Two double bedrooms are available, both with their own bathroom. The living area is a bright open space, consisting of a kitchen equipped with all amenities, overlooking a living area consisting of a large dining table and a sofa where you can spend pleasant moments relaxing.

Guglielmo House with Castle View

An apartment in a newly renovated 17th century house with views of the castle of Serralunga d'Alba and the surrounding vineyards, which you can enjoy from any room or from the small balcony that belongs to the apartment. Suitable for a romantic stay (no other guests in the neighborhood), wine tasting trip (famous Barolo vineyards and wineries are all around) or a family stay, making use of the fully equipped kitchen.

Unique chalet with panoramic view

Located near the renowned Mercantour National Park, this ecologically friendly wooden chalet (35m2) provides the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday, as well as a great base for numerous day trips in this beautiful region. A Spa area with jacuzzi and finnish sauna nested in nature with a plunging view on the valley and no neighbours, may be rented in addition to the chalet for 25 euros per night.

Chalet de la Mauna (Optional spa)

If the chalet is fully booked for the dates you want, you will also find the Chalet des Loups. Nestled by the river, this chalet sleeps up to 4 people, providing a peaceful and enchanting setting for a refreshing and relaxing experience. In addition, as an option, there is a private spa in a cave 50 m from the chalet, open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.: €130 for 2 people for 1.5 hours of access.
