Relax in an apartment on the ground floor of a house that opens onto a large courtyard with views of the surrounding hills. Located in the heart of the Drôme des Collines, 50 minutes south of Lyon, 5 minutes from Châteauneuf de Galaure and 10 minutes from the Postman's Ideal Palace in Hauterives, 20 minutes from the Crozes Hermitage vineyards. The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Rehabilitated in Sept 2019, you can enjoy the garden, swimming pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a view of madness. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classifieds sites, the calendar is always up to date. Caution: No WIFI, but 5G is present!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!
