The story of Maison Achard & Fils is first and foremost a family story, in Chamaret, in the Drôme Provençale. In the middle of 1 ha of oaks, the owner built this dry stone property entirely, after drawing up his plans. It's a lifetime project, a project that started 20 years ago. In 2023, we are writing a new chapter in the history of our farmhouse, with the opening of a 45 m2 annex, Suite No. 1, intended to accommodate a couple while ensuring excellence and tranquility, surrounded by nature.

We welcome you to Drome Provençale for a quiet stay lulled by the song of cicadas. The swimming pool (from early May to late September), the pétanque court, the shaded park, and access to the river will provide you with perfect moments of relaxation with family or friends. A wide range of activities are available to you: a tour of Grignan and its castle, wine tasting at local wineries, a descent of the Gorges de l'Ardèche, Mont Ventoux, beaches just 1.5 hours away, and much more.

In the heart of the beautiful medieval village of Grignan. At the foot of the castle, discover this warm house of the 17th century. Its interior of 60 m² really cozy in three levels, will offer you all the necessary comfort for your stay. Downstairs, a nice dining kitchen is equipped with a toilet. On the first level, a sitting area TV and reading, on the last level a nice bedroom with bed 160 and a beautiful bathroom. A magnificent stone staircase connects the different levels.

This charming former farmhouse transformed into a family home welcomes you. You will enjoy a tastefully decorated accommodation, a swimming pool on an 8000m2 plot of land located in the heart of nature, and many activities on-site and in the surrounding area. The accommodation for 8 people consists of 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, there is a dining area, a plancha grill, and a summer dining room.

Charming small Provençal farmhouse with private pool, very quiet in a hamlet in Drôme Provençale, 10 km from Grignan. Overlooking vineyards and a beautifully landscaped garden, this former small mill, completely restored and air-conditioned, is composed of: - On the ground floor: entrance to living room, open kitchen, back kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom - On the 1st floor: a second bedroom and a second bathroom. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Gîte de Charme in an authentic dwelling in the Drôme provençale. Old stone farmhouse and noble materials, renovated by us. Quiet environment, nature, ideal for relaxing during holidays for families or groups of friends. Access to the large wooded park, relax in the shade of a multi-century-old plane tree in a rural area and share a barbecue meal accompanied by the song of cicadas.
