Marta could not have been more accommodating! She was responsive and provided everything we needed. She even went the extra mile and insta cart-ed garbage bags and paper towels when we ran out. She could not have been a kinder host! We had the best weekend and would HIGHLY recommend staying at Marta’s place! We will definitely be back!

Laurie’s home was the perfect size for our girls weekend to celebrate the bride. The patio was extensive and comfortably fit all of us for a hibachi chef and dinner. It was a quick drive from the house to the wineries, which was fantastic.

Wendy’s house is immaculate, tastefully decorated, very spacious and extremely comfortable. Her instructions were clear and her responsiveness immediate. We would absolutely consider staying there again.

We had an amazing stay at Michael’s Airbnb this past weekend! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Michael was a fantastic host: super responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel completely at home. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the setting was even more beautiful in person. Absolutely wonderful stay! Christine was extremely helpful and responsive. She was so clear with instructions and everything was exactly as described. The house was very clean and exactly as described. The yard was also very big. Perfect for a weekend getaway as it was close to everything. Highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to stay near Hampton Bays. Would absolutely return.

Benjamins place was a wonderful stay for our family. Coming from the City it was amazing to have so much grass with peace and quiet. It is a short walk to the Main Street and Sag Harbor downtown. We had planned to go out and enjoy some activities during the couple of days we stayed but instead found the place so relaxing we spent most of it in the home. The separate house was nice for a master bedroom and quiet. We would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to have a relaxing and quiet vacation in the Hamptons near Sag Harbor. Hope to be back again!

John was a perfect host! Friendly, responsive and made us feel welcome. I took my 9 year old son and we had a great time fishing off the dock and kayaking. The kitchenette is lacking if you want to cook any meals but it didn’t matter in our case. Absolutely beautiful location!

We absolutely loved our stay at Milton & Megan's Montauk house! It was perfect for a group of 4 (2 couples) there for a 4 day trip. The house is very quiet & peaceful, with lots of outdoor space, but also very walkable to town. The house was super clean, and everything was very easy to find. The bedrooms had lots of closet space, the TV was easy to set up, and all the amenities listed on the website were accurate. We'd love to come back again and stay. Thanks!

The house was so cozy and comfortable and well stocked. I didn't even miss not having a tv. there are games, records to play on the record player, and plenty of kitchen utensils and spices to experiment in the kitchen. I enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace and walking in the neighborhood. You will need a car to be able to access restaurants and shopping, but it was a short drive. It was exactly what I was hoping for and would return again.

Mike is a great host with helpful recommendations and plenty of advice. The house is amazing. Well located, calm, clean and so convenient. The pool is huge and very deep. Everything is perfect. Felt like at home. We will be back

Beautiful home and easy stay! It was perfect for a girls trip and so comfortable and beautiful. I wouldn’t recommend for families but absolutely would for adults who want a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

My friends & I booked this for a girls weekend and we had an incredible stay. We could not have dreamed up a better place. Everything was perfect and as described. Lovely place for a long weekend with family! The house was pristine, up to date, charming, and all the linens were fresh and clean. It was very well stocked with kitchen essentials and books and toys for kids. Location also prime with a private beach a 10 min walk away. The only minor issue we had was an issue with the pool heating (it being the 1st pool weekend of the year) but this was sorted out promptly. Would happily stay there again!

Had a wonderful stay at Maher’s home for a long weekend. The house was spacious and comfortable and we really liked the location. The backyard has a nice deck and outdoor shower! Maher was extremely responsive and helpful all weekend. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had the most wonderful and peaceful fall weekend at Brooke’s cozy cottage to celebrate our anniversary, and it was truly unforgettable! The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and felt like a warm home away from home. Brooke went above and beyond to make our stay special, leaving us complimentary champagne and wine to kick off our celebration. The location was perfect for enjoying the crisp fall air and stunning foliage, providing the peaceful retreat we were hoping for. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back for another stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Harbor House. The view of Napeague Harbor is gorgeous and the sunsets are just next level spectacular. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and the furnishings are very comfortable. The location is great halfway between Amagansett and Montaik. We have rented so many homes over the years, but Rod’s house is by far in the most gorgeous setting. We cannot wait to return.

A relaxing oasis! Bob and Gillian were so accommodating and considerate, always available with helpful advice. The barn is artistically appointed, the beds are very comfortable, and everything you need is available. We so enjoyed our time by the pool and especially the hammock! We felt right at home and would definitely come back.

Missy was very communicative and welcoming. We did a little weekend getaway from the city, and it was our first time in Montauk. Missy provided us with a list of recommendations for restaurants and things to do, which made our short trip feel fuller. She was very generous to let us check in early as we had to work remotely. She was easily accessible throughout our stay. We all really liked the place and how close it was to everything and would rebook if we’re ever back in Montauk.

We had a great time in David and Claires beautiful house in Bellport. Such a nice place and perfekt location for daily trips by the coast with stops on the way out to the Hamptons. Or a daytrip to the city, close enough. Nice and quiet location, the house is very cosy and a lot of space for a bigger family or perfect for family reunion. We loved the ping pong table and other activitites as the pool, jacuzzi and the outdoors. If the weather had been better we would have used the facilities outside more for sure. We would love to come back to the house again. David and Claire are excellent hosts, very helpful and quick at responding.

We had a sweet 4-day stay at Hector's. The apartment/"cottage" is located in a quiet part of Springs, close enough to restaurants, but happily removed from the Hamptons Scene. The apartment is small and pretty basic, but comfortable, with a variety of lovely personal touches. It feels a bit funky, artsy and secluded among beautiful landscaping. The well-kept pool area and access to parking at a nearby bay beach (beach chairs and towels are provided) were highlights for us, making this a special place to hide out for a few days.

Yvonne's place is wonderful, we spent six days there on a family vacation to celebrate a graduation and it was a perfect spot for a crowd. The description and pictures are spot on (maybe even better) and the place is very well maintained. The weather was not great - so we landed up staying in more than we anticipated and this was a great spot for that. The kitchen is well stocked, having a barbecue really helped, and the large windows and skylights kept us connected to the outside. Yvonne was also highly responsive in case we needed anything. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect. The view of the water was everything and was accessible from nearly every room. The home was modern and easily accommodated our large group. Yet it was cozy and beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would ever want. It is ideal for children with every toy imaginable. There was a highchair and a pack and play for our toddler and child appropriate dishes. The kitchen was fully equipped and had 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers and 3 tables for dining. The beautiful pool and hot tub were in constant use. Mary is very thoughtful and assembled a ringed binder with important contacts and suggestions for dining, shopping and entertainment. Although there was no beach on the property there are nearby beaches. The towns of Guilford and (nearby) Madison are charming and well worth visiting. Mary was very accommodating and responded promptly to several inquiries.
