Studio completely renovated in the spring of 2022, to better accommodate you, new furnished 35 square meters with 18 square meters terrace located on the first floor in a quiet property 5 minutes drive from the center of Uzès. Bright room with comfortable double bed and two single bunk beds. Kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and everything you need to cook small dishes from the region. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Charcoal barbecue available for grilling and tasting Uzès rosé. Shared washing machine. Closed and private parking. Private pool, bowling, trampoline and ping-pong to share. You have the option to enter or exit the accommodation independently; the keys will be deposited in a code box. Shops are a 2-minute drive away. The village of Montaren, the vineyards, the olive groves, nature are all close to your accommodation. You can visit Uzès, the first duchy of France, with its traditional Saturday market that extends throughout the city, admire the Pont du Gard 15 minutes away, canoe, climb and swim in the Gardon, meet the potters of Saint Quentin la Poterie and if you go a little further you can visit Avignon and Nîmes located 30 minutes away. Our description is far from exhaustive, everyone can visit the surroundings according to their tastes and desires. To get here, by car, the A7 and A9 highways are nearby, by train, Avignon and Nîmes TGV station are 30 minutes away, by plane, Nîmes airport is 30 minutes away, bus between Nîmes and Uzès is about 1.5 euros. LE PLUS HAUT MAS. Superb apartment in a Provencal farmhouse dating from the 18th century, 2 steps away from Uzès. Located on the 1st floor of the farmhouse, this apartment is made of a first room combining living room and kitchen. The second room, very spacious with a ceiling more than 4 meters height accommodates the bedroom as well as the open bathroom. We have completely renovated this apartment ourselves, and have included very beautiful decorative objects as well as our art work.

The Montaren village (bakery, fruits and vegetables...) is only 5 minutes walk. Supermarket and pharmacy at 2 minutes (by car). Lots of places to visit in the surroundings.

What a beautiful house, garden and swimming pool. Much nicer than the current photos in the listing. Everything was really perfect. Cool house with air conditioning that we turned on in the evening before going to bed so you slept well despite the heat. Lovely quiet area. Frédéric is a host out of thousands. As a welcome we immediately received a delicious glass of cool water with fresh fruits in it and for the aperitif a bottle of wine and homemade tapenade. Every day, cool bottles of filtered water arrived. He was also very discreet and friendly, nothing was too much for him to make his guests happy. We really thought it was a paradise. We encountered an exceptionally tastefully furnished, practical and sparkling clean house. We felt right at home. All expectations were perfectly met, so we were able to relax excellently. We especially liked the beautiful courtyard and garden, the small shops right outside the door, the interesting region and the possibility to cool off in the pool. Large bright apartment with garden and pool

We stayed at Geraldine’s apartment for a wedding in the area and she was the perfect host! Very responsive and made the check in process super easy. Gave us an extra key to allow for the fact we were a big group, and despite us (probably) making a bit of a din when we arrived home in the early hours didn’t complain at all. And when our taxi didn’t show at check out, she organised a cab and made us all a coffee whilst we waited. What a wonderful human! As for the space it’s exactly as described, bright and airy and so quiet and peaceful. It’s a bit of a walk from Uzès so maybe arrange a taxi, but we didn’t mind.Would definitely recommend the apartment to others.
