Everything is new, the bedding, the appliances. The house is located on a very quiet street where you can park without problems. Then, no need for a car, you are about 400 m from the market and the main street and 800 m from the ocean. We are waiting for you!

A very quiet, centrally located accommodation. Everything you need. Very nice and likeable landlords.

Catherine and Philippe were very nice and warm. The house is close to everything on foot, 800 m walk to nearby bike paths (be careful to book your bikes because none were available for us). The pool is great, the house is spacious and comfortable to stay in. Small black mark for the washing machine, for the rest everything was perfect! A small welcome gesture, the essentials for the first few days were already provided by our hosts (toilet paper, laundry pods… rare and thoughtful touches)

This house is located in a very calm neighborhood, just a short walk from the center of Montalivet and the beach. With a private backyard garden, it has great luminous modern windows, a beautiful kitchen, and open interior spaces, with plenty of room. Everything is in top condition, and the house is comfortable and uncluttered, yet complete with whatever you might need for a week at the coast. The functional design is really well thought out, so the house is easy to live in and take a relaxing break. The house rules are clear and common-sense, and communications with the hosts were warm and friendly. Very enjoyable stay!

Nothing is spared in this house- all the appliances are top of the range. Very sleek, stylish and easy to use. The house is beautiful and a pleasure to stay in. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are clean and beautifully clutter free. Th washer and dryer came in very handy and the temperature was always perfect with the air conditioner/heat unit. The local area is stunning with big trees lining the avenue outside the house. Aldi is minutes away and the other direction is plenty of restaurants and the beach of course. We were staying just before the season opened but it was fine as we have a young baby so we were happy to enjoy the lovely seaside and forest walks. The market was on at the weekend aswell which brought a lot of excitement. We would absolutely recommend Alexis air BnB and will endeavour to return soon, thank you!

Angelique and her husband were very welcoming with a little special touch upon arrival and departure. Very clean accommodation with everything you need and close to the beach. Peaceful residential neighborhood. A beautiful discovery of the surroundings
