Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Montagu

We had an enjoyable couple of nights here . A lovely property with the added bonus of alpacas and springbok . The restaurant on site should by tried by all who stay - serving superb food and wine . A good location for exploring the area too . The best views you can imagine from the master bedroom . Give it a try !

A beautifully renovated farm house that is ideal for 3 couples. The house has many entertainment areas (courtyard was our favourite) and has some unique decorative art pieces. There are lovely small touches like the water filter and bath soap that made the stay more memorable. The kitchen has everything and more than needed: hello 3 different types of coffee machines ☺️ We enjoyed our stay

From the moment we arrived we were captivated by the stunning views surrounding the accommodation. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot tub. It was the perfect way to unwind. The fireplace added to the ambiance. We spent hours snuggled up with blankets, enjoying the crackling fire. Our host Cindy went above and beyond ro ensure our stay was perfect. From thoughtful touches in the cabin to quick responses to our questions. I highly recommend The Buchu Box to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in nature.

Perfect getaway! The place was absolutely stunning, you could see the thoughtfulness that went into the place, the decor and even the small details such as swimming towels, blankets on the sofa, logs by the fire place, diffusers and scents around the house, etc. Our stay was short but blissful. Definitely would stay longer a next time to enjoy the wood fire hot tub some more and the BBQ area in the back. The place is close to many wonderful restaurants and activities yet when you get home it's completely private and peaceful. Mark was an extremely responsive host and very easy to communicate with. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This place magical and beyond what is seen in pictures! The attention to the very little details was amazing! Super peaceful place and highly recommended for anyone likes to get out of the city life and relax. The host was also super helpful and informed us of all that we needed to know before and during our stay . This place is made to calm down and relax. It‘s far out the city and around 1km from the host‘s farm. There is no electricity in the house but candles and lamps… and a very nice hot tube. Heleen, our super friendly host, prepared hot water when we arrived, gave us a lot of useful recommendations around this place and was helpful for everything we needed. There‘s almost no light pollution allowing a nice and clear sky full of stars! We would highly recommend this place and definitely come again! Thanks a lot!

Beautiful spot! Perfect for our family weekend for Mother's Day. Wonderful that the dogs could join too! Stunning, spacious bedrooms and beautifully decorated - very cosy and peaceful.

Very beautiful location. Perfect for relaxing, hiking, walking, cycling and braaing. We highly recommend Sam’s Place to anyone looking to spend time participating in the above.

The historic Herbert Baker design provided a comfortable and homely space to dwell in. Our family felt at home immediately. Its was a privilege to have spent the few days at this property.

It's our third stay at this villa at Kennedys and it remains a spectacularly beautiful and different destination. The villa is eclectic with interesting furnishings reflecting the world travels of the owners. There are different place to site inside and outside and the location of the kolkol hot tub is truly spectacular with views across the lagoon and onto Onrus beach. The magical milkwood trees set the tone for a magical stay. The villa has all the amenities you could want, James the butler is always in attendance when you need him and the privacy is great. Its easy walking distance to Milk Restaurant and there are great coastal walks from the villa if you feel the need to leave your luxurious apartment. The fact that we have been there three times already speaks volumes about just how much we like it there and we will be back for a fourth time.

We had a lovely time staying in the house. It felt like a home away from home. Everything was super neat, tidy and clean. Very clear instructions. The host and the housekeeper are super friendly and constantly checked in. The house has everything you need and more. The view from the patio and living room is spectacular. Would most definitely book again.

This place is really amazing. It is value for money. The pictures are exactly what you will get and more. Lots of space as well as not to close to the neighbours. The place is extremely clean and well put together. A very beautiful venue to break away from the city or just have some time together with family or friends. The host is friendly and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at Fransvliet villa and Vanessa was a great host. We had a long lazy lunch next door at Maison and walked through the Vineyards to and from the restaurant. It was super relaxing and beautiful. The hot tub was fired up for our return, and a lovely bottle of wine awaited us. Thanks Vanessa for an awesome stay - highly recommended.

Had a lovely stay in the cottage. You are really out in the middle of nowhere, it is quite peaceful and quiet. Beautiful views around and the stars at night were spectacular. The included game drive was great! We saw giraffes, springbok, wildebeast and some antelope on the drive. We also saw zebras while driving on our way out. The bathtub was massive. Nice towels and robes as well. We used the pizza oven and braai and enjoyed the semi catered package. Note - there were a fair amount of flies in and around the cottage and they were quite annoying but bugs were expected with the remote location. I recommend taking a SUV vs a car when driving there.

10/10 Private, beautiful and cabin has all the little things that make the difference

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay with complete privacy – just what we needed to unwind. The 4x4 drive to the cabin added a great sense of adventure, and the setting was beautifully tranquil. Although the WiFi wasn’t working during our stay, it gave us the perfect excuse to truly disconnect and enjoy the quiet. We would definitely recommend it as a serene getaway!

The house had everything you need from toddler to adult very accommodating(books to board games), and the views were refreshing from the deck to the top of the hiking trail. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the thoughtful gifts of wine and apples, they were such a lovely touch! To top it all off, we had a fantastic time relaxing in the cold pool and hot tub. We’re already looking forward to our next. visit!

This place is very special, and a unique addition to any trip! Beautifully decorated, very well stocked, and incredibly peaceful and private. We loved using the pizza oven and hot tub, and taking walks on the surrounding trails. I would absolutely recommend to everyone!

We wanted to get away from absolutely anything to do with the city life and that’s exactly what we got. Our dogs went with and had the best time and we didn’t have to worry about vehicles or leaving a door open. Thank you.. we got the break we needed as a family.

Very friendly homestay with amazing views. Peaceful and quiet with a lovely big yard. It is surrounded by a picturesque countryside with beautiful views across the valley.Location was beautiful and there was lots to do nearby. We were able to contact Amelia and Jacques easily and they were very helpful; from restaurant & activity recommendations to use of the cottage amenities. We had plenty of room for two adults; two kids & two infants. Just what we need to get away from the hustle & bustle of city life.A very beautiful & spacious cabin; we will certainly be going back as there is so much more activities and wine farms we left without visiting.
