This beautiful 37 m2 studio will charm you with its comfort. Located in a peaceful residential area, a 15-minute walk to Vesoul city center, it offers unobstructed views of the city as well as the Chapelle de la Motte. You can admire beautiful sunsets, contemplate the lights of the city or listen to the birds singing. At the foot of the Cita Plateau, a Natura 2000 classified ecological reserve, it will appeal to hikers and walkers with its direct access to the various trails.

Studio with independent entrance, 140*190 bed, hybrid foam mattress, single bed, possibility of adding a mattress on request but you will be charged extra. Small chalet by a private pond ideal for couples with or without children in which you can have a good time and fish (free because there are a lot of water lilies in the flowering period). On the ground floor, a living room with fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Upstairs: 1 dressing room and 2 sleeping areas: 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 sofa bed for 2 people. Outside, a beautiful terrace with large table, heating umbrella and barbecue.
