Charmant duplex, entièrement climatisé et rénové, dans une maison individuelle. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la Baie des Anges. Soleil toute la journée jusqu’au coucher du soleil depuis la jolie terrasse. Au sein d'une voie privée qui vous conduit directement à la plage (env 3 min à pied), au port (env 7 min à pied) et au tramway. Un logement atypique à proximité du centre ville. Aucun contact avec d'autres résidents. Parking gratuit sur place réservé aux riverains dans la voie privée.

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it. Magnificent 3 room apartment entirely renovated on the sea front. You will be conquered by the situation of the flat "feet in the water".
