The apartment and the town where it is located are beautiful. The owner is very kind, always attentive to coordinate the check-in and check-out time of the apartment.

The apartment is just like the photos, large, beautiful balcony. To use the grill/hut, you must book 7 days in advance. We asked about the possibility of checking out a little later and there was no problem.

Adrián is a wonderful host—always kind, helpful, and welcoming. I come to Buenos Aires almost every year, and I always choose to stay here. It truly feels like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Marcia was nice and proud of her apartment. It was cute for sure and had most everything you needed. It was a tiny bit dark but otherwise a super cute place with a nice terrace, washer, kitchen. And bed was very comfortable

I very much enjoyed my stay but after 2 weeks my back and hip experienced some soreness. The reason was due to the bed. Much too soft for me. So if you require a firm mattress this is not for you.

I love staying in this apartment! I travel a lot for work, and every time I go I feel at home. The security people always greet me with a smile and kindness when giving me the keys, the hosts always ask me and anticipate my arrival, the apartment is beautiful, it smells so good! I really enjoyed my stay here for about a month. Great location, stunning view. Modern. Exactly like the photos. Hosts are very responsive with clear instructions for the stay.

Everything was excellent with this experience. Very friendly, good place, very comfortable and nice space. I really appreciate that the hosts went out of their way to help me. In particular, I had work meetings that required flexibility and they accommodated my circumstances even though it wasn't the most practical for them. I highly recommend it to the Airbnb community.

The apartment was super bright and very comfortable. The internet was stable enough to work and the atmosphere was super pleasant. Marcia was always attentive and even got us a light bulb so we could drink mate.

I had a great experience at this home in Recoleta. The location is unbeatable: close to everything, ideal for getting around on foot or by public transport. The place is quiet, safe and very comfortable, perfect for resting. The owner was very attentive throughout the stay, always willing to help with whatever we needed. The attention to detail was noticeable, as the space had everything you need as in any home: hair dryer, iron, umbrella, and many other useful tools that make the difference. Definitely a place I'd go back to. Highly recommended!

Everything was fantastic in Katherine's apartment. In addition, the location is perfect for exploring the downtown areas of the city, just a few blocks from the obelisk and surrounded by businesses, cafes, bars and restaurants. I recommend it. Ignacio and Paola were exceptional hosts: very attentive from the personalized check-in, explaining the place's services in detail. They welcomed us with water to drink and a couple of snacks, a gesture we really appreciated after a long journey on a holiday and late at night. That was exceptional! The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the value for money was excellent. Although the building is under maintenance, the location is very convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

The Department is just like the photos. Good layout with nice details in its decoration. Comfortable bed and perfect shower. The appliances needed for a stay. With Daniela everything was very simple...from the first moment. Highly recommended!
