We stayed in spite of problems with the gas resulting in no hot water. Lucia offered a refund or a steep discount. We opted for the discount and we have no regrets. The terrace and views are more than worth the slight inconvenience since we could still heat up water with the kettle and microwave. Highly recommend.

Great apartment, comfortable, modern and very well located (meters from three subway lines). Check-in was quick and flexible but above all comfortable, with fingerprints and codes you save yourself the need to walk around with the key, something we really liked. It was exactly as described. The hosts always responded quickly, proactively and kindly. Highly recommended.

I felt very comfortable, like at home. It's close to everything, Puerto Madero, Plaza de Mayo, the obelisk, etc. The building is new and the apartment is luxurious.

Simply the best option to stay in the city! The location is excellent and it really is the best view of Buenos Aires. We arrived early and Oscar promptly managed to release the apartment early, which helped us a lot. The kitchen has everything for a short stay, it was clean and with a very comfortable bed. The subway and bus station is nearby, which helps a lot in getting around. I've referred it to some friends. It's well worth it, I would definitely stay here again.

We had a very nice stay in this studio. The place was very clean and had everything you need for cooking. They answered our questions immediately and were always very attentive to any information. The gym is amazing We were unlucky that the sauna and pools were under maintenance, but they also kept our luggage to pick up later than check-out. We would definitely go back 🤩

It was amazing to stay in this apartment I highly recommend it! Be sure to go to the San Telmo fair on Sundays and visit De Los Cojones, which was fantastic! It is very close to all the great tango bars. If you are LGBT, there is a La Greko bar on the corner with very good service and good drinks! Fernando was a great host. I would definitely come back more often if I were to do things in the Puerto Madero/San Telmo region

Beautiful studio in Palermo with an unbeatable view. Perfect for a few days in the city. Great restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Close to the bus tour stop if you are touristing. Angie was responsive and super accommodating.

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

The apartment is super well located. In the heart of Corrientes. There you have everything you need and even though it is a super busy street and the last place you sleep in the city, inside the apartment it is extremely quiet. Franco was very helpful to us the whole time. The apartment is airy, bright and very functional.

Javi was amazing as our host here - really good as we had a delay. Thanks so much! The place itself is a fabulous bit of old time Buenos Aires: the best flat in a great building. I can only imagine the history there - parties, gatherings, christmases, birthdays, love, despair, hope and glory! Nice, easy walk to all the best San Telmo sites and sounds too - plus not too far from micro centre and even La Boca if you fancy a longer stroll. Marcela and Gabriel are fantastic people, the information about the apartment is accurate and the apartment is more beautiful in person. Everything impeccable and well thought out. Smart kitchen, with all the necessary and clean materials. The lighting is perfect. All my needs were met by Marcela and Gabriel. I thought I had forgotten an item after my check-out and was already in Brazil. I contacted them and they promptly went to the apartment and searched for the object. They couldn't find it and reported it to me. I found out later that the lost item was in another apartment on my way back to my city. But a million thanks for your interest in helping. I used the building's jacuzzi and it's relaxing after a day of hiking. The gentlemen at the reception are always helpful, careful about the building's security and polite in their service to people. Wonderful trip with a very high quality apartment. I'm planning the next one for the same apartment. Thank you for everything.

The apartment is very well equipped and is very suitable for a long-term stay. It was clean and felt cosy. I would definitely stay there again. The gym had the equipment exactly as shown in the pictures. They close some time in the evening for the night (22 or 23), so just make sure to double check this from reception before, if needed. The laundry room is open 24h and is well equipped. You either need Argentina phone number for the mobile app or tokens. I used SMS Virtual app to fake the phone number. The host was very responsive and answered quickly, even though he was not in the country and couldn't assist directly. The area is well guarded and secure. I recommend.

Aníbal was extremely kind, the apartment was very well decorated and spacious, quiet because it was in the back, friends of mine rented apartments in the front and complained about noises but ours was very quiet. The location was great. Would recommend.

I really liked the place, good amenities since it has a pool, jacuzzi and sauna that just when I was there was not available, but the rest of the services were excellent. Esteban responds quickly to everything and is very friendly. The area is very quiet, very safe, you can walk at night and it is nice to walk across the women's bridge at night, the view of the river and the very nice hotels outside stand out. And even though the GPS shows San Telmo, it is in front of the women's bridge, it is practically next to Puerto Madero and San Telmo. The hotel has good security at the entrance and exit. There are also police in the area constantly, which gives you security to go out at night or during the day.

Great place to be! Felt a the streets a little to empty at the begining, but then realized that we were very close to San Telmo and Porto Madero, great location, quiet windows and modern apartment.
