The house was built over 100 years ago and completely renovated and modernized in 2020. It is located in the quiet Eifel village of Höfen, the gateway to the Eifel National Park. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. Our house is located directly on the famous Eifelsteig and invites you to beautiful hikes or bike rides. The historic old town of Monschau is 5 minutes by car and Lake Rursee is about 25 km away. Due to the proximity to the border triangle, there are numerous excursion possibilities!

Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

Also nearby, the Hohe Venn offers peace and relaxation to anyone seeking recreation. The apartment is located about 3.5 km from the historic city center of Monschau. Approximately 1.5 km away, there are numerous shopping facilities. (Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland, etc.)
