Forest gorges, deep valleys, daffodil meadows, the Eifel National Park and the magnificent Hohes Venn high moor, as well as the famous Rursee area are all located nearby; a paradise for hikers.

Spacious apartment in a fantastic location in Simmerath-Dedenborn, located directly on the Rur. Our house is the ideal starting point for hikes on the Eifelsteig, around the Rursee and in the national park. From the private balcony you have a magnificent view of the Rur. Distance to the supermarket: 8 km From January 1, 2025, you will have to pay us an overnight accommodation fee (5% of the booking price) in cash. This amount must be passed on 1:1 to the municipalities!

Ferien im schönen Monschau- Rohren

Sehr ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung in einem kleinen aber feinen Ort. In 250 m Entfernung befindet sich ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft. In 50 m Entfernung ist ein MTB Fahrrad Verleih. Fahrräder gibt es natürlich mit und ohne Unterstützung. Der Einstieg zum Eifelsteig und Ruruferradweg sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ebenso ist in der Dorfmitte ein 2019 errichteter großer Spielplatz. Im Ort gibt es ein neues sehr gutes Lokal. "Matthias im Gasthaus" Ein Besuch lohnt sich.

Direkt am Waldrand, an der Rur, wenige Gehminuten zur Altstadt. Abschließbarer Fahrradabstellraum ist am Haus. Separater Eingang. Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Im Haus befindet sich ein historisches Wasserkraftwerk. Besichtigung auf Anfrage.

The apartment has an area of approx. 120 sqm and is furnished to a high standard. Last renovation 2018. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 guests. Children's bed and highchair may be available upon request. The terrace at the rear is part of the apartment. Covered sitting area as well as a ping pong table. A charcoal grill is available. Children are also welcome to play in the garden.
