Cozy and neat apartment - Valenciennes

It was in Valenciennes that our semi-bourge house from the early 20th century of 150 m2 underwent a deep renovation. An apartment to receive you has been completely furnished under the attic, on the second floor with a living room of 40 m2 fully equipped. It includes two beds (located in the same room), a fully equipped kitchen, a seating area, a shower room + toilet. The neighborhood is quiet and you can park there (free of charge in the Auchan parking lot located 100 meters away).

Charming house at the foot of the ramparts

You will stay in a pretty non-smoking townhouse located in the heart of Le Quesnoy with all amenities within walking distance (bakery, butcher, pharmacy...). The ramparts, the New Zealand Memorial, the museum and the recreation center are reached by foot in minutes. The house is located on the town square and several events take place regularly (flower market, funfair, milk festival, Christmas market, etc.) in front of the house.

Close to major roads, Lille, Arras, Tournai, Bethune and Lens are less than 1/2 hour away, and Douai is 10 minutes away. The Annex is a 50 m2 extension of my home that is totally independent. Small house close to the train station without its inconveniences. Recently refurbished with acoustic frames and equipped with two clever study-beds. In front of the former Chanoine Puissant Museum (Rue Notre-Dame Débonnaire). It is ideally located in the pretty historic center of Mons but still quiet!
