The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

You will have a parking space and it is also possible to park easily on the street. If you don't have a vehicle, a bus stop is 500 m away and the train station is 2 km away.

Located 5 min walk from the Grand Place, quiet and secure area of the city center, close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, Waux Hall Park, highways, train station, shopping center... The apartment is on the ground floor and has a bedroom with a 2-person bed, a shower room (sink - wc - shower), a living area with a click-clack 2 pers., an equipped kitchen and a terrace. The apartment is located on a street where parking is free.

Small house close to the train station without its inconveniences. Recently refurbished with acoustic frames and equipped with two clever study-beds. In front of the former Chanoine Puissant Museum (Rue Notre-Dame Débonnaire). It is ideally located in the pretty historic center of Mons but still quiet!
