We were very impressed with the interior and spacious house. Everywhere you looked you discovered beautiful vintage treasures, wonderful! The kids enjoyed the pool! Highly recommended!

A dream , super quiet ... the view from the terrace directly on the water is really beautiful and great for sunbathing in fine weather. The hot tub of course also double the view. There was everything you needed and very clean. We will be happy to come back :)

Great stay in Liège! The place was clean, well decorated and perfectly equipped. Special mention for the rooftop, a real favorite: ideal for a coffee in the morning or a drink at the end of the day with beautiful views of the city. The location is great, close to the center and amenities. Responsive and welcoming host. I recommend it without hesitating and would be happy to come back!

We stayed here for more than a month as we transitioned moving here. I knew I would love it because of the photos, and upon opening the door and walking through the home, it was wonderful. I appreciated the cookware as some of it is vintage and high quality. You will never run out of gadgets or utensils here, and I loved the glass bakeware! What a nice touch. The glass atrium area gave so much natural light, and with a view of the lush backyard it was so grounding. There is a gorgeous Paper Plant bush in the back and it attracts butterflies and lovely bees. We spent time back there enjoying the sun on the patio furniture. The beds were comfortable and clean. I loved having the bathroom right next to us with a huge shower, and bathtub. Well appointed with a hair dryer, make up wipes other incidentals and lots of towels. Great lighting, and I loved the checked flooring. The upstairs was spacious and I loved the skylights. I would recommend this property with confidence.

Great accommodation, everything new, high quality, great area, great contact with the owner. I recommend accommodation for short and long stays. We will come back if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much for everything.

The place is just like in the pictures. it has everything you need to feel confortable. the beds were good, the kitchen great to cook. the bathrooms complete and warm. we really enjoyed our year Christmas gathering in Lucs' house. We also were close to main cities around Belgium. We visit many of them.

Marie-Eve is a very friendly host and the house and the place are cozy and pleasant. Feels like in the big city but then in the nice quiet Malmedy It is good to know that free parking is max 2 hours in the street (if there is space) Reasonably close there is free parking (behind the church)

The best host I've ever had. Beautiful room, gave me fans during hot days, offered me cold water, fresh fruits for her own garden and cutlery, gave me recommendations about places to visit, very friendly and kind. Quiet neighborhood. Totally recommend her and her place.

Very pleasantly nicely decorated stay. In the city center, close to everything, but still quiet in the residence itself. Very clean and plenty of room for everyone and a private bathroom per room. Cozy with the open kitchen and terrace. Toys and games available for children. Highly recommended and to come back.

We had a very pleasant stay with biker friends. There were 9 of us. The accommodation (2) is perfectly in line with the photos and descriptions: nicely decorated, clean, tidy, there is all the necessary equipment, nothing is missing. The bedding is super comfortable. Small touches such as the provision of coffee, chocolate, tea and cappuccino.... were much appreciated as well as the care products. We highly recommend for families or groups like us who want to enjoy a long weekend A big thank you to Maarten and Petra

Franck was a really great host. caring, attentive, we had a great time at his place. The accommodation was really nice, the shops are 3 minutes by car. The location was therefore ideal, and on a quiet street.

We enjoyed every day of our stay, everything was just perfect! We were in love with the huge kitchen and kittens ❤️

Beautiful house as described. Very clean, neat decor, very well-equipped. Very comfortable bedding. We had a bachelorette party there and the house was unanimous. You can book without a second thought.

Our stay at Maarten and Petra’s place was great! The house is very comfortable and well equipped which really made our holiday very relaxing despite our bad luck with the weather.. They provided a lot of things for our two year old son which made packing way easier and he really enjoyed playing with the different toys and games! We did some nice walks in the area and enjoyed some other recommendations. Would definitely recommend!
