If you're coming down for a weekend to relax, taste wine or to enjoy the exceptional birding the area has to offer. At the end of your day relax to the sound of the waves brushing up against the shore.

Grill on the back patio. The 5 guest sleeping arrangement is 2 guests in the queen bed, 2 guests in the full bed and 1 guest on the large couch.

Become one with nature in this cozy cottage with an expansive view of the lake. Let yourself be absorbed by the sound of waves, birds and silence in the early morning hours. Sudden urge to do some yoga? No problem you have mats, blocks and bolsters to fulfill you ever stretching need! Your Soulstice is an up and coming yoga and massage studio that has been 2 years in the making. Now that it’s ready to open it’s doors, it needs a wee income to repay the “bank of mom” to show my appreciation! ♥️

Riverfront Cottage with Hot Tub & Kayaks

Smaller private cottage located in a park like setting on the water. Ideal for a couple's get-away. This is a one room 16'X20' studio apartment which includes a separate bathroom and two sleeper sofas that pull out into double sized beds and double mattresses for comfort. The entire cottage has been remodeled and features a new kitchen and a new bath. You'll have free use of 2 kayaks and a canoe, along with life preservers and paddles. There are six kayaks shared between 3 cottages.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this cottage is at the end of the peninsula on the water. Walk up to the top of the hill and watch the boats go by from the bench or at the park on the corner. Enjoy amazing sun and moonrises. Build a fire in the campfire ring while you listen to the waves. View the sunsets from waterfront restaurants. The inside is open and airy. Bedrooms are comfy. There is a marina, as well as a public boat launch less than 5 minutes away and Lake Erie is only a 10-minute boat ride from the house. You can also access the Huron River using kayaks within 5 minutes from our dock. The backyard has a patio and a built-in fire pit with a hot tub to enjoy both summer and winter nights with gorgeous sunsets over the water as your backdrop.

This little cottage drips with character & detail. It's gas lantern burns 24/7, open floor plan to the whitewashed v-groove ceilings, hardwood floors, wonderful beds & bedding to the well appointed kitchen boasting a gas range, drawer micro & subzero fridge concealed behind lovely white cabinetry - it calls out to the cook in all of us. A sunroom on the rear of the house looks into a peaceful yard with a brick patio for relaxing. Full laundry. All in the sleepy village of Sylvania.

Our home is walking distance to three of the most established wineries along Lake Erie (Viewpoint Estate Winery, North 42 Degrees and CREW). This space has everything you need to unwind, cook, disconnect, relax, enjoy wildlife and take care of yourself.
