In Mencshely, on the north shore of Lake Balaton, near Dörgicse (4km) and Balatonakali (8km), an incredibly renovated holiday home. Our house is in a quiet little street with a large and beautiful garden. On the lower floor of the house there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and bathroom with washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with air conditioning and a small common area. The cottage has a covered and open terrace, barbecue, cauliflower place and carport.

The Kemencés House is located in the Almond Garden in Szentjakabfa, where 2 more guesthouses welcome guests. The house has its own garden, terraces and a barbecue oven. It was recently renovated in a rustic but modern way - a wide double bed, spacious bathroom, well equipped kitchen, a huge patio and AC is there for your comfort. Just watch in the evening as the sunset paints golden the tabletop mountains of the Tapolca Valley. Lake Balaton is a 10 minutes scenic drive and there are plenty of options nearby for excursions and other activities.

Our guesthouse in Balatonfüred is a two-room, four-person apartment. The apartment has a fully equipped private kitchen and bathroom. The room has a separate entrance, lockable, and opens from the common terrace. The guest house has a large garden with barn, garden pond, fireplace. The house is located in downtown Balatonfüred, between three churches, about 25-30 minutes walk from the shore of Lake Balaton. There are restaurants, bakeries, shops and cafés in the area.
