The quiet apartment consisting of a large, bright living room, fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, microwave, toaster, pad coffee maker) and private shower room is located in the basement of our house. It is 60 m² and has its own entrance from the garden. We live on the Rhine between Cologne and Düsseldorf with good bus connections to the S-Bahn / Langenfeld Rhld. The travel times from there to Cologne or Düsseldorf are each about 30 minutes. Free parking space for a car is available. The city and shopping center with restaurants and breakfast cafes as well as the beautiful old town of Monheim are within 10 minutes' walking distance. The Rhine promenade is 15 minutes away. The Knipprather Forest, which invites you to jog and walk, is a 5-minute walk and the indoor swimming pool "MonaMare" can be reached in 15 minutes. There are also 2 bikes available for shopping and excursions. We are a cosmopolitan couple and speak English, French, Spanish and Portuguese in addition to German. We love dealing with international guests.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a townhouse. There is direct proximity to the A59 highway, towards Düsseldorf and Cologne. Both Düsseldorf and Cologne can be reached within 15-20 minutes by car or train. The S-Bahn [suburban train] stop is a 15-minute walk away. However, there is also a bus stop very close by. Probably the largest waterski resort in Germany is a few hundred meters away. Simple swimming is also possible here.

Bedroom with double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and large wardrobe, living room with pull-out couch as an additional bed for max. 2 people. As a welcome gift you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the fridge.

Dear guests, Our apartment is located between Düsseldorf and Cologne: living room, kitchenette, bathroom. It offers free WiFi, a smart TV, free parking, a small terrace. The kitchenette has a microwave, electric kettle, fridge and freezer. A baby cot, a high chair also available. A recreational area and the Rhine very close, but also restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Good transport connections (A59, S-Bahn station, bus).
