The apartment is located in Dormagen am Rhein near a nature reserve, on the upper floor of a two family house and has been completely refurbished renovated. Features: Covering an area of 86 m² located next to the spacious living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, hall and bathroom. In the first bedroom there is a box spring that can be charged separately if required. The second bedroom has a single bed. In the large living room there are also two double sofa beds, so that this space can be used as living room. A cozy fireplace, couch and flat screen TV with satellite TV, and a CD - Player can accommodate for evening gatherings. CDs are available in the apartment and can be used. The fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator combination, cooker with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc. offers a comfortable dining area for four people. The table is extendable so that also 6 people can find space there. A washer and dryer are in the basement of the house. Towels and sheets are provided by us. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a townhouse. There is direct proximity to the A59 highway, towards Düsseldorf and Cologne. Both Düsseldorf and Cologne can be reached within 15-20 minutes by car or train. The S-Bahn [suburban train] stop is a 15-minute walk away. However, there is also a bus stop very close by. Probably the largest waterski resort in Germany is a few hundred meters away. Simple swimming is also possible here.
