The flat, well exposed and sunny, is located next to the ski run"Clotes", on the 3rd floor of the apartment block "Neve B", in a quiet area 5 minutes from the village centre and direct access to the ski slope. Accommodates up to 5 people. It is composed of: bedroom with two beds arranged as a double bed or two single beds, small bedroom with single bed and office desk, large dining room with sofa bed for two people, kitchenette, bathroom and terrace overlooking the run.

Comfort and style between loft and exposed beams

We have decided to share our mountain house with you, confident that you will treat it as if it were your own home. The accommodation comfortably accommodates up to 5 people (for an extra bed, please contact us) and is located on the second and top floor of a small condominium without an elevator. From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of old Oulx and the mountains. Guests will be able to use the private and covered garage, convenient for sports equipment.

La via lattea (MILKY WAY)

Bright STUDIO, 50 meters from the entrance to the old town of Sauze, 300 from the town center and 30 meters from the shuttle that takes you to the ski lifts. It is also possible (when snowy enough) to start skiing from home, in front of the garage there is a shortcut, with a short off-piste (150 meters), which leads to the Gran Pista and from there down to the Jovenceaux ski lift from which it is possible to make the sky-pass and go up wherever you like.

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

House in a splendid position in the Alps for nature lovers. Renovated and recently expanded with the studio apartment where you will be staying. Modern but in the typical mountain style. Humble in size but independent and equipped with all the amenities you need, incl. private kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable sofa bed for two. The town Villar Pellice is three kilometres away. The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.
