Size: approx. 75 m². Unfortunately, we do not have an elevator, but a wide staircase! Our private swimming area can also be used! Our brand-new, tranquil 40 m² apartment is within walking distance of the centre of Strobl and Lake Wolfgang. From the balcony, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. We provide you with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, stove, dishwasher), children cots, air condition, a washing machine with a dryer, a towel radiator, a bathtub for a relaxing bath, and a garage parking space. For your entertainment or home office needs, we have a Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi.

The apartment with private entrance is located directly on Lake Mondsee with picturesque views of the Schafberg. In the immediate vicinity (about 200 to 300 m) separated only by the waterfront road, there are two public swimming facilities that can be reached on foot or by bike. The public beach Loibichl is about 3 km away and the center of Mondsee is 8 km away. The festival city of Salzburg can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Mountains and surroundings invite hiking and biking.

Limewood 13 Apartment Mondsee

The high-quality apartment for 1-4 people is located on the ground floor of our family home. In summer time it is naturally fresh. It has a bright living-dining area with a couch and TV element. The large bedroom offers a 180 cm box spring bed and an included private bathroom. The smaller bedroom has a 140 cm box spring bed. There is another bathroom with shower/toilet. The small but nice kitchenette offers best comfort.

The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. Tourist tax is €3,10 per person/day aged 15 and over.

We are renting a small luxury apartment in the middle of the Mondsee castle area. It has been lovingly renovated and with its cross vault it gives the living something unique. Within walking distance is the village with its typical houses and gardens and gardens only a few steps away. Free parking is available. From Mondsee it is very easy to get to know the surrounding Salzkammergut.
