Casa Antiga: holiday home for 2 adults (18+) on the ground floor of small-scale accommodation Quinta Maragota. Originally this part of the farmhouse was the family living area and still features beautiful authentic Portuguese tile floors, renovated wooden shutters and ceiling ornament in the hallway. Now it is an attractive, comfortable holiday home with private terrace, adjacent to a large communal mediterranean garden with pool, 4km to fishing village Fuseta, beach and lagoons of Ria Formosa.

The villa is located just 2km away from endless stretches of white sandy beaches and just 10min away from the charming town of Tavira.

Quinta do Sotavento

Near the small village of Moncarapacho, surrounded by its own idyllic orange grove, lies our beautiful country house. It has high comfort, sea views and an impressive 13 x 6 meter swimming pool. The house features various terraces and a cozy, sheltered courtyard with a barbecue area. Inside we have a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate dining room. There are 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A big roof terrace invites you to linger and relax.

Ladeira

Ladeira is one of the two houses on the property. These former stables are transformed to a separate house, connected to Raminhas but completely self-contained. It has a small kitchen, full bathroom and a large terrace. The gardens are shared but since the property is situated on a large plot land (1,5 hectares), there is plenty of room for all! There are small terraces on different levels. The terrace on the top has a magnificent view over the ocean, Ria Formosa and the hills behind.

Our restored farmhouse is situated on a small hill and offers unobstructed views over a beautiful valley with orange, carob, fig, olive and almond trees. A true oasis in the middle of nature, yet only a short distance from the beach (7 km) and charming towns such as Fuseta, Olhão and Tavira.

I am a dwelling in a modern style and completely new, born in the village of Fuseta, where the soul of the most authentic Algarve meets contemporary luxury. I was designed for those seeking absolute rest, the scent of the sea and the tranquillity of a unique fishing village. I open my doors to welcome you with 3 spacious bedrooms, flooded with natural light, 3 modern bathrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, with capacity for up to 8 people.

Felicidade

The flat situated in the first floor in the centre of Fuseta has three bedrooms, a Residential dining room, a kitchen, a balcony and on the other side a big terrace. All windows are big and ground low-pressure area. The flat disposes of a garage parking lot in which normal small cars fit well in, big Caravans or coaches, however, not. Please note that for check-ins between 22 o clock an 24 o clock, an extra fee of 20€ will be charged.

Casa do Largo

Casa do Largo is our vacation home in the center of the quiet village of Moncarapacho, consisting of two apartments, it has been completely renovated and has a lot of natural lighting. Located on the 1st floor, ideal for resting and for those who like nature but who do not like to be isolated, the village is small but has all amenities within walking distance. Close to Fuseta beach and Barrocal.

Moncoração Village – Between the Sea and the Hills

In Moncoração Village, the house “A'venda” 🌿 is a retreat designed to provide well-being and harmony. With two bedrooms, a living room with TV, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, it combines the comfort and authenticity of rural Algarve. The location allows you to easily explore typical villages and beaches. For greater convenience and mobility, it is recommended to have a car.

Four bedroom villa, ground level, spacious both inside and outside, three of the bedrooms are in suite, dinning areas both interior and exterior. The villa is located by a quiet road close to the countryside village of Moncarapacho. 20km away from Faro, 12km from Olhão, 13km from Tavira.
