The building is on the corner of the pedestrian island of Via Monferrato, full of shops, clubs and restaurants. Public parking is available for a fee in Piazza Gran Madre and nearby. It is perfect for taking walks in the hills and discovering villages and wineries in the Langhe and Roero.
