The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Located just a 5-minute drive to San Damiano and 20 minutes to Asti and Alba, it combines tranquility and access to services. In the heart of Alta Langa, a UNESCO heritage site, CASA VITTORIA, located in the center of Feisoglio, is a great starting point for bike rides, walks in the countryside and food and wine tours. Arranged on two floors, it consists of a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Entirely in Langa stone, the house overlooks the garden from which you can enjoy an excellent view of Monviso. Ideal location for reaching Alba, home of the truffle fair.

Casa Moscato is a beautiful, finely renovated house located in the Langhe, near Neive and a few minutes' drive from Alba, surrounded by vineyards, ideal for families and friends to discover our magical territory. Outside, our guests can relax in the private garden and will have a swimming pool (10x4 meters) at their disposal.
