Spectacular tourist house with a refreshing private pool, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a private garage for 3 cars. Located in one of the city's most exclusive neighborhoods, it offers an experience in a safe, noise-free, pollution-free urban area, ideal for families. Not suitable for youth groups. A 10-minute drive from the historic center and the Alhambra, 30 minutes from the Sierra Nevada ski resort, and 50 minutes from the Costa Tropical.

Estrellas, home and relax between city and nature

Detached house with 150m2 of patio and garden in two terraces and small private pool. The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Casa Amaranta

Casa Amaranta is a charming little house located on the edge of the Poqueira Ravine. It has wonderful views from the rooms of the house. The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace in Capileira. The house was originally the block of a family home and has been carefully restored. The Climalit windows were installed in September 2017, as were the hot water heater and ceramic hob.
