Beautiful and modern house, in a very quiet area with very few neighbors. The light pours into the spacious living room from dawn, as it faces the rising sun. Natural plants create a cozy atmosphere. The residential development is located on the outskirts of town and has an atmosphere of tranquility. 5 minutes from the village, Lidl supermarket and highway, 10 minutes to Granada and the Alhambra, 30 minutes from the coast and 30 minutes from Sierra Nevada. 10 minutes to Nevada Shopping Center and PTS.

The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small pool, exclusively for you. The ground floor is open-plan with a living room, dining room, kitchen, small toilet, and patio. It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, Mulhacén 3482 and Veleta. Be careful with your mobility because there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there may be flies and smells of cattle because there is a goat pen nearby. You can park or use the small parking lot of Las Espeñuelas for loading and unloading, which is 15 meters from the house, but first make sure you can drive.

The biggest draw of the house is its location, with a stunning view of the Sierra Nevada National Park and Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected with downtown Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only half an hour driving. Pets are allowed, but there is a €30 fee per pet not included in the reservation.
