Un luogo perfetto per feste private, con un potenziale incredibile! Abbiamo organizzato una festa in questa splendida casa e l’atmosfera è stata davvero speciale. Gli spazi sono ampi e accoglienti, ideali per gruppi numerosi, con aree interne ed esterne perfette per socializzare e divertirsi. La piscina, sebbene fuori terra, è stata molto apprezzata, anche se una versione interrata valorizzerebbe ancora di più l’ambiente. Alcuni dettagli della casa necessitano di piccoli lavori di finitura, ma nel complesso il contesto è già molto bello e con qualche intervento potrebbe diventare davvero eccezionale. Ci torneremmo volentieri!

We had a wonderful stay at this unique home. Never stayed in a castle before...and it was awesome! It is full of history and charm, with a family feel. We spent a good amount of time out on the stone deck enjoying wine and the great views. We also enjoyed simply walking around the inside and looking at the old paintings and decorations. It is great when an Airbnb goes beyond being just a place to sleep and instead becomes a big part of the overall travel experience. The castle is modernized in the important ways, but the host does go out of his way to portray it accurately in the full description. Also, it is a bit outside of town and so it may be best to have a vehicle during your visit. The host was extremely responsive when I had a couple of questions, and the arrival/check in process was made easy with an in-person meeting when we arrived. We also had an amazing dinner at the restaurant they recommended. Overall, this was an exceptional Airbnb and I would highly recommend it.

Le contact avec Massimo et son épouse était très chaleureux et bienveillant. Moments conviviaux passés avec les logeurs (rires et partages). Madame parle très bien le français, ce qui nous a permis un vrai échange. Vue sur la mer incroyable, en hauteur, dans un environnement calme. Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Airbnb im Piemont! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur absolut sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch ideal für unsere kleine Reisegruppe – vier Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die kinderfreundliche Aufenthalt, das hat unseren Aufenthalt mit Kleinkind unglaublich entspannt gemacht. Auch der Garten und die ruhige Lage boten genügend Raum für unser Kleines zum Spielen und Erkunden. Alessia war außergewöhnlich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir bekam viele hilfreiche Tipps und wurden Ort liebevoll persönlich begrüßt und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Dass Abendessen bei Alessia war ein Genuss und der angebotene heimische Wein ein Gedicht! Die Lage des Hauses war ideal: ruhig und naturnah, mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Hügellandschaft des Piemont, aber trotzdem gut angebunden für Tagesausflüge nach Genua oder zu den Weinreben. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und kommen zu 100% wieder.

Il fiore all’occhiello dell’alloggio sta nella vista incantevole che offre, unica come poche nella zona. Il monolocale è provvisto di una cucina in ottimo stato e provvista del necessario, microonde, macchina caffe lavazza con cialde, comodo divano letto, tv con servizi. Molto pulito con un buon livello di confort generale. Attenzione pero: il posto auto riservato si trova a livello della SS Aurelia. L’appartamento è invece sottoposto per diverse decine di metri di dislivello. Bisogna considerare che ci sarà d’affrontare una buona serie di scalini. La discesa in auto è possibile, ma la strada per dimensioni e tortuosità richiede particolare attenzione ed abilità. Giancarlo di suo è una persona affabile, comprensiva, disponibile come poche tra gli host che ho incontrato finora. Vi farà sentire a casa e coccolati. Sicuramente tornerò presto!

Alles perfekt, hatten nur kein Glück mit dem Wetter! Alte Villa mit sehr viel Charme und und allem was man so braucht! Bei voller Besetzung wäre ein zweites Sofa im Wohnzimmer ganz nett! Betten waren hervorragend, auch wenn man bei einigen nicht länger als 1,90 sein darf! Toller Garten, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit etwas längeren Laufwegen, da Geschirr zT im Wohnzimmer steht, und Spülmaschine in der Speisekammer, aber so ist es halt in alten Häusern! Vermieter IMMER ansprechbar, vor Ort und hilfsbereit! Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen wenn die Sonne scheint!

Ruggero's place is located in a peaceful, quiet area in the hills, just 3–5 minutes away by car from all the main services you’ll need during your stay: a supermarket, bakery, and a fresh fruit and vegetable shop. The house is even more beautiful in person and had everything we needed, from cookware to a coffee machine and a hair dryer. We visited in autumn, and the house was very warm thanks to the heater, so we didn’t have any issues with the cold. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back!
