Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

This guest house has an exclusive location with its own bathing path (200 m) down to Finnsjön, where a rowing boat is also included. There are nice swimming areas, exercise trails, illuminated trails, outdoor gym, cycling and hiking trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts! Only 15 minutes by car into central Gothenburg. You live in a newly produced house of 36 sqm with room for 2-4 people and your own private, furnished patio. Coffee, tea and muesli/flakes are included. During the high season May-September, only reservations for a minimum of 2 people are accepted.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Cozy apartment in villa with private entrance and views of garden and forest. Suitable for those who want to stay quietly and close to nature but at the same time have proximity to the city. Walking distance to forest and beautiful hiking areas, several swimming lakes and Partille golf club. Bring your own sheets and towels (can be rented for SEK 200/stay and will be notified in advance). Due to cleaning not working, we have now reintroduced a cleaning fee so we are responsible for the cleaning ourselves. Possibility of charging electric cars.

Enjoy this centrally located home. Just 10 minutes from Central Station you will find this 30 sqm house with sleeping loft ( two 80 cm beds) and a sofa bed 160 cm. Fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for 1-4 guests. 5 min distance to bus 18,143 that takes you to the city center. If you come by car you have the parking completely free. Great connection with airport buses. A perfect accommodation for those who are visiting Gothenburg - go to a concert, Liseberg or Universeum or just be here to work.

Camping cabin on a farm

Simple camping cabin renovated in 2020 located on the edge of the farm's garden. The cottage has a room with a simple kitchen and a bunk bed with two beds plus two beds in a sofa bed. Toilet with separate, simple shower with hot water, which is located about 50 meters from the cottage. Toilet and shower are shared with our other camping cabin. Bed linens and towels are not included in the price, but can be purchased for SEK 75/set. Cleaning is not included, but can be purchased for SEK 200.

Super cozy Attefalls house!

Casa Oliva - the finest we have built! The house is centrally located in Mölndal, in a quiet residential area, close to Gothenburg. Our new Attefallshus of 30 m2, called Casa Oliva, is a very cozy little house that was built in 2021 and is in super nice condition. Suitable for those traveling alone, or those visiting Gothenburg for a couple's weekend or longer vacation, or the smaller family (2 adults, 2 children). Long-term parking is available as well as some access to leave/pick up service. The house has one bedroom with one bed. Common area with sofa bed. As well as a low loft with a bed.
