In the house there is also a pastry shop and ICA store on the ground floor and a shared courtyard on floor 4 with greenery, outdoor furniture and greenhouse. Only 10 min to Liseberg. Light one room apartment located in Lunden 10 min from the central by bus/tram. The apartment is located in the nice area Lunden with shops and cafés. The bus stop "Nobelplatsen" or "Redbergsplatsen" will quickly take you anywhere. No wifi or teve but have everything else! I will rent out my apartment when going on vacation. The bed is 140 cm. The apartment is listed on my old adress to keep my reviews. New adress in Lunden is more central.

Lägenheten/rummet ligger i Sätila ca 20 min från Landvetter flygplats, 35 min från Göteborg, 40 från Borås, 45 från Varberg och 60 från Ullared. Sätila ligger vid Storåns mynning vid den natursköna sjön Lygnern, som sträcker sig 15 km sydost ut mot havet. I Sätila finns det långa fina sandstränder som ligger 5 min promenad från lägenheten / rummet.
