The house is located on our property, free parking and wifi. The house is small but contains everything you need, a small kitchen with fridge, two stovetops, microwave, hot/cold water and bunk bed. Modern newly built bathroom. There is access to barbecue and rowing boat with fishing equipment and life jackets. It takes 45 minutes by car to Gothenburg.

Cozy garden with patio. 150m to Multiarena and football field. 50 meters to the beach and swimming. Possibility of boat, canoe and paddleboard. 100 meters to cozy restaurant. Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Tomt med fantastisk utsikt och skyddat läge bland trädtopparna. Två badrum med utsikt över skog och trädgård. Braskamin och balkong mot väster. Stor köksö och stort matsalsbord. Högt belägen trädgård med sol hela dagen och ingen insyn. Utedusch med varmvatten. Kolgrill. Många badplatser i närområdet, närmaste är Stamsjö badplats, ca 10 minuter att gå. Skogar med fina stigar gränsar till tomten.

We rent out our wonderful guest house in Hanhals. Closer to the sea is hard to come by. Quiet and quiet location with nature conservation area all around. A paradise for birds!
